Ramsbottom United supporters are set to be offered the chance to receive up-to-the-minute team and club news via bluetooth on their mobile phones whilst they are watching home matches.
By the end of February, the club will be hopeful of launching the new scheme that will be totally free to supporters who sign up.
A spokesman for the club said : "This will be a unique service for all Ramsbottom United supporters and unless proved wrong, it will be a first for the VodKat league.
