BACUP manager Brent Peters is facing an injury crisis as he prepares to welcome Squires Gate tomorrow.
Ian Stevens and Phil Melville both have fractured fingers, Stuart Shepherd is out with a back injury sustained at work and Craig Chadwick is a serious doubt through illness.
Peters said: "I'm sure what's happened here at Bacup Borough this season, in terms of injuries, there's some kind of spook or curse. It's been a nightmare.

"But we keep smiling and keep plodding away and hope that, somewhere along the line, things will clear up."
