ROUND four of the National Putoline Hare Scramble Championship comes to the Ribble Valley this weekend.
Organisers Dirtbike-traxs have created a 5.5-mile course at Gisburn containing fast flowing turns and long straights.
There are three tracks on offer, depending on age and ability, with a ‘youth’ route for 8-14 year olds, a sportsman route for 14+ and novices, with a more difficult course for the experts.
Camping is available at the venue, starting on the Friday lunch-time, with the track open for inspection for riders from the Friday afternoon.
Juniors, Senior B youth and ladies classes run on Saturday morning, followed by a quad race in the afternoon.
Sunday sees the sportsman/novices and senior A youth in action followed by the experts/clubman/over-40 on the more challenging course.
Spectator will be kept happy with the inclusion of a new spectator viewing area overlooking the newly constructed log section.
