Raptors hoping 2012 offers a break from the old ice routine

First published in Ice Hockey

Lancashire Raptors play their first game of 2012 today – and are hoping for a major change in fortunes when they head to Kingston Arena for their English National Ice Hockey North Two game with Hull Stingrays.

The Raptors have lost all of their 14 games so far this term and conceded 148 goals in the process.

They have only scored six times and are rooted to the foot of the table.
