But Fenny will feel disappointed to have dropped points at Whinney Hill after they drew 1-1 at the Burnley Road Ground.
Defending champions Rimington were not in action while Burnley Athletic joined them on 12 points thanks to a 4-2 win at Langho.
Enfield, who have played three games less than Mill Hill, maintained their fine early season form, making it four wins from five after winning 2-1 at Barrowford Celtic.
Burnley Belvedere climbed above Oswaldtwistle St Mary’s followed their 4-2 victory at Holden Road.
Rishton are three points clear of Read United at the top of Division Two following their 4-1 win at Waddington.
Read slipped to a 4-1 defeat at Rosegrove Railway who climb to third place, four behind Read with two games in hand.
League new boys, Blackburn United, suffered a 5-1 home defeat to Prairie United at St Mary’s College while bottom of the table Colne United picked up their third point of the season after a 2-2 draw with Newchurch.
And in the Reserve Division, top two Burnley Belvedere and Rimington both won.
