How does a full week playing cricket, football or girls multi-sports sound? Would you like to receive over 25 hours of coaching, improve your game and have lots of fun?
Once again Darwen Cricket Club’s Sports Camp has enlisted the skills of a female PE teacher and will be offering the option of girls multi-sports, including activities such as dance, tennis, rounders and basic cheerleading.
Returning for a 10th year the camp takes place from Monday, August 18 to Friday August 22. Coaches Andrew Mercer and Chris Riley are both experienced teachers and ECB cricket coaches and FA qualified football coaches. The week will consist of football or girl’s multi-sports in the mornings 9am-11.45am and cricket or girl’s multi-sports in the afternoons 12.15-3pm.
The total cost of the week is £70 (£125 for two siblings and £180 for three siblings).
Or it is £40 for just mornings or afternoons. Everybody taking part will receive a certificate and a prize. To secure a place a deposit of £20 s required as soon as possible as places are limited (Cash or cheque payable to ‘Friends of Darwen Cricket Club’ accepted).
