Alder bowl over rivals
ALDER Grange’s Under 13 girls were bowled over after being crowned Rossendale cricket champions.
The girls saw off All Saints, Fearns and Haslingden in a schools tournament held at Alder Grange. Player of the Tournament was Year Eight Ellie Ford.
“It was a great competition and I am proud of the girls,” said PE Curriculum Leader Vanessa Holland.
