MILL Hill Juniors Under 13s are in the hunt for back-to-back county cups after winning their East Lancs showdown with Lammack Juniors.

The Blackburn club, who lifted the LFA U12s Youth Cup last season following a dramatic late 1-0 win over Tyldesley, have booked another trip to the County Ground n Leyland.

Mill Hill led 1-0 at the break thanks to a goal from Ditch but also had some last-ditch defending from Duffy to ensure Lammack did not take the lead.

Mill Hill started the second half looking for that important second goal but were also wary of the Lammack counter attack.

But it was Mill Hill who doubled their lead after the impressive Maaz Gurjee picked himself up after he was fouled in the area to score from the spot.

Newman’s then made sure of victory when his flighted free kick caught the Lammack keeper unaware and bounced over the stopper in to the goal.

Zehn then toppped off his fine game with the fourth goal, firing home from close range.
