CHORLEY'S Nick Dougherty ended his challenge at the WGC-CA Championship in Miami on one under par.
The Shaw Hill professional could never really challenge the leaders Doral Resort's Blue Monster.
And his bid ended with a final round one-over-par 73, that included four birdies, three bogeys and a double bogey.
The final round was halted yesterday due to heavy rain in Florida, but will resume today with Australian Geoff Ogilvy leading Jim Furyk and Vijay Singh by two shots with nine holes to play.
