BLACKBURN Rovers duo Tony Mowbray and Charlie Mulgrew have been nominated for the League One manager of the month and player of the month awards respectively.
Rovers surged up the table in November with four straight victories taking them to fourth and within three points of the top two.
Mowbray's men scored 13 goals in the quartet of victories to help the Ewood chief make the shortlist for the monthly award as he guided his side to 12 points from 12.
The Rovers boss faces competition from Scunthorpe United's Graham Alexander, whose side also won all four of their games, Portsmouth's Kenny Jackett and Walsall's Jon Witney.
Rovers skipper Mulgrew is on the player shortlist after an impressive month.
He scored four times from the back, including two penalties and a free kick, to help Rovers march up the table.
The Scotland international faces competition from Scunthorpe United goalkeeper Matt Gilks, Wigan Athletic midfielder Max Power and Oxford United striker Wes Thomas.
The winners of the awards will be announced on Friday morning.
