CORRY Evans has been called up by Northern Ireland for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
Northern Ireland have already secured second spot in Group C, but will want to make sure of a play-off spot with positive results in their games next month.
Evans was part of the side who beat Czech Republic 2-0 on September 4 which was their sixth in eight group games, having beaten San Marino in their other September qualifier.
Their five match winning run will be tested when group leaders Germany arrive at Windsor Park on September 5, before travelling to face Norway three days later.
Evans has 39 caps for his country, but just two of those have come in this round of World Cup qualifiers having been hampered by a groin injury.
But he will look to keep his place for the visit of Germany having started all but one of Roversβ League One matches so far this season.
