We asked our fans' jury: What has impressed you most about Rovers' recent winning run?

The fact that the players are starting to function as a team rather than a set of individuals is heartening. The defence has kept a number of clean sheets and hopefully David Raya is fulfilling his potential.

Defence and attack are being linked well by an effective midfield which is something of a novelty at Rovers.

The potential of Harry Chapman and the resurgence of Craig Conway are also positives that could do much to shape our season.

Finally, having held on to our better players the manager presumably should be commended.

You see relegated teams with reputable players falling foul of lower leagues. Whether this is other teams seeing them as a scalp, relegation hangovers or struggling to acclimatise to the league I don't know, but after the first two games, we looked likely to follow suit.

I have been impressed how we have quickly adapted with a change of style, formation and team selection.

We will get things wrong, that's nature, but Tony Mowbray rarely suffers fools twice - he's perceptive and responsive and as such, is in the process of establishing an effective League One team who can play free-flowing football and win ugly.

There were serious doubts about Rovers' promotion credentials when we had failed to pick up a single point from the first two games. But Mowbray did not panic and kept faith in his players, who have rewarded him with this impressive run of form.

The team have shown they can grind out results when needed, at Bradford and Scunthorpe, but also turn on the style, entertain the fans and win by a big margin, against MK Dons and Rochdale.

Rovers were always going to have to fight hard for the first win, which came at Bradford, and last night they were certainly in a game against a Scunthorpe side who know how to get results at this level. Going on the road and beating three teams who all had excellent home records last season shows that Rovers mean business.

The fact that we have only conceded one goal in those four games is testament to the hard work put in by the new look back four. It is particularly impressive when you consider that Rovers' first choice centre-half pairing have been injured. Darragh Lenihan missed all of those games and Charlie Mulgrew did not feature against Rochdale.
