BLACKBURN Rovers have announced they will take on Czech side Sparta Prague in a pre-season friendly in Austria.

Head coach Tony Mowbray will take his side on a warm weather training camp in Austria, with the game set for Friday, July 14.

However, the venue and kick-off time for the fixture have yet to be confirmed.

With the pre-season schedule confirmed, Rovers will play six games in all, but none of them at Ewood Park, with the players set to jet off to Austria after their first game of pre-season at Barrow on Saturday, July 8, their only weekend fixture.
