TICKETS for Blackburn Rovers’ trip to rivals Burnley will go on sale from Monday.

Rovers have been allocated 2,399 tickets for the East Lancashire derby – new manager Paul Lambert’s first in charge – at Turf Moor on Saturday, March 5 (12.30pm kick-off).

On Monday tickets go on sale to season ticket holders with a database history of purchasing tickets for two or more away games this season, with 1,600 supporters filling that criteria.

From February 15-18, tickets are on sale to season ticket holders with a database history of purchasing a ticket for one away game this season, with 3,500 supporters qualifying at that point.

The final sale phase will see tickets on sale to all season ticket holders from February 19-23.

It is strictly one match ticket per qualifying season ticket holder.

Should any tickets remain a further announcement will be made on February 24.

Rovers have also been allocated 11 pairs of wheelchair tickets for those supporters who are unable to transfer to a stand seat at the game.

Tickets cost £28 for adults, £17 for over 65s and 18-to-21-year-olds, and £12 for under-17s.

Anyone who successfully purchases a ticket for the match must travel to Turf Moor via the Blackburn Rovers Away Travel.

Coaches depart from the Darwen End at Ewood Park or St Christopher’s School, Queens Road West, Accrington.

There is also a family coach travelling from Ewood Park for juniors travelling with parents or guardians.

Away travel costs £8.

Tickets are on sale at the Roverstore at Ewood Park or via the ticket office call centre on 01254 372000.
