BLACKBURN Rovers threw away a first-half lead as Norwich City stole all three points at Ewood Park.

Alex Baptiste put Gary Bowyer's men ahead after 22 minutes with a superb header from a Tom Cairney free kick.

Josh King replaced Jordan Rhodes at the break but the Norwegian striker limped off within four minutes and it was downhill from there for Rovers.

Cameron Jerome levelled it up for the Canaries when Baptiste failed to clear a Wes Hoolahan cross and the turnaround was complete when Bradley Johnson fired home fantastically on 84 minutes.

Rovers piled on the pressure in added time but Rudy Gestede's header was saved by John Ruddy.

The win lifts Norwich up to fifth in the Championship, while Rovers sit tenth, 15 points off the play-offs.
