TOP-SCORER Rudy Gestede scored a 90th-minute equaliser to earn Rovers a point at his former club Cardiff tonight.
The Bluebirds went in front in the 84th minute when Sean Morrison headed in Peter Whittingham’s corner.
But, with less than 50 seconds of normal time remaining, Gestede turned in his 15th goal of the season after substitute Chris Brown saw a shot cleared off the line by Scott Malone.
The draw means Rovers, who lost Corry Evans to injury, closed the gap on the play-off places to 10 points going into Saturday’s home clash with Blackpool.
