CLITHEROE slipped to a fifth home defeat and 12th in total after losing to Bamber Bridge.

Ryan Salmon gave the visitors the lead just after the half hour mark and Bamber Bridge doubled their lead four minutes before the break through Neil Reynolds.

James Davies gave the Blues hope with a goal soon after the restart to make it 2-1 but hopes of a comeback were dashed with Alistar Waddecar’s 74th-minute goal.
