Late strike seals defeat for Clitheroe

A late Shaun Connor strike consigned Clitheroe to defeat in a match which for long periods looked as though it would remain goalless.
The Blues had their chances to take something out of the game with Ashley Parillon and Connor Smith both going close.
After Connor’s 81st minute strike, Alex Johnson did have the ball in the net but it was ruled out for offside.
