THE Chorley FC 200 Club is back for a sixth consecutive season.

The initiative has been the backbone of the football club’s commercial activities over recent years and has clearly had a huge impact on the success the Magpies have experienced.

This evening’s grand gala draw will take place on April 7, 2017, when the first prize will be a £25,000 sponsorship package which includes home shirt sponsorship for the 2017-18 season.

Each ticket costs £200 with special offers on three tickets costing £400, and five tickets costing £750.

At the draw there will be a further nine prizes available ranging from Platinum sponsorship packages to match day sponsorship.

Home shirt sponsor, Refresh Recovery, who won the prize back in April have seen increased business exposure over the past few months.

Director Gordan Craig said: “It has been a real privilege to be associated with the Magpies during the past few months.

“It’s also been great to see the success of the team going from strength to strength.”

Manager Matt Jansen said: “The 200 Club is a vital part in the progression of Chorley Football Club.

“The money generated helps us strengthen the squad and hopefully continue higher in the football pyramid.

“I ask you all once again to get behind this initiative and take our club to the next level.”

Tickets are available by contacting director Jeremy Lee on: 07774 197303.

The Magpies are flying high in the Vanarama National League North locked on the same number of points as Kidderminster Harriers in second place.

They have been in impressive form but Jansen is keen to keep it going.

He said: “I know that from one minute to the next you can go from hero to zero so we just take it each game at a time and see where it takes us at the end of the season.”

The Magpies navigated past Stafford Rangers in the FA Trophy last night thanks to Kieran Charnock's 44th minute goal.

They now face Guiseley in the first round of the competition at Victory Park on Saturday at 3pm.
