Aren't you just the silly, immature, no mark. It is people such as yourself that give football fans a bad name in a lot of peoples' eyes. Either i) Grow up ii) Stop associating yourself with BFC iii) Above all get some sort of discipline in your life. If this is your attitude towards what was a grand sporting occasion for aspiring talent then your parents should be ashamed either for you or at themselves, for rearing such a complete idiot.
vintage - glad that you and a couple of others on here have told that no-markr that he and his type are not welcome. how pathetic that there those at a YOUTH CUP MATCH intent on being idiots....goes to show you can take the idiot out of burnley, but you can't take burnley out of the idiot. . i live over pendle way and sat with my neighbours in the james hargreaves stand - no bother to anyone, not jumping up when rovers scored etc. i texted my brother when rovers went 2 up to tell him the score and some idiot behind me had read my text (god knows how, must have brilliant eyesight) and then stated having a go at me - pathetic in the extreme. . and as for those who thought we were physical - why did your fellow supporters give that little aussie a standing ovation in the last couple of minutes for trying to end a rovers player's career with that mind-numbing tackle (i thought he had played very well apart from that vicious tackle and was deservedly MoM)
Hi Hasslem I have to agree it was a clunking tackle and not necessary. I think you lad showed his frustration at losing and I think (I'll stand corrected) he apologised. Sorry to hear about you experience in the JH Stand. Me and my wife have our season tickets for the upper tier and we often comment that we don't hear the bad language and see any foolish behaviour except the usual haranguing of the ref or booings for cheating. Unfortunately, nearly all teams have idiot supporters such as this no mark. Sadly there is a large % of them in the general population, which a bad sign of the times and todays generation. Fortunately we have others that have common decency and manners but they appear to be the minority unless it is the yobs who shout loudest that appears to make them the majority.

When all's said and done I wish your team success against whichever of the 2 'big boys' you meet because I much prefer one of us 'minnows' to win against the 'big fish'"

FULL-TIME: Burnley 1, Blackburn Rovers 2 (1-3 on agg)

THE FA Youth Cup semi-final second leg between Burnley and Blackburn Rovers at Turf Moor resulted in a win for the visitors, and a place in the final.

After a goalless first half, Hugo Fernandez broke the deadlock in the 55th minute, giving Rovers a 2-0 lead on aggregate.

Osayamen Osawe's initial shot was blocked by Alex Coleman, but the ball ran free for winger Fernandez, who fired a low shot across goalkeeper Joshua Cook into the bottom right corner.

Ryan Edwards doubled their lead on the night three minutes later, straight from a long range free kick that, making it almost an impossible task for the hard-working home side.

But Burnley refused to give up, and were awarded a penalty in the 85th minute, after Adam Henley handled Luke Conlan's left-wing cross.

Blackburn goalkeeper Matthew Urwin was booked for knocking the ball off the spot as Steven Hewitt waited to take it. But the midfielder refused to be put off and finished well for a hard-earned consolation.

Rovers will meet the winners of Manchester United v Chelsea in a two-legged final.
