BURNLEY boss Sean Dyche insists he is not playing mind games by claiming the pressure will be on Burnley's opponents over the next three weeks.

The Clarets chief said his side's run of four successive away games would see the pressure land on the teams hosting Burnley, who will be expected to beat a side who are yet to win away from home this season.

And Dyche says that will remain the case despite Burnley picking up a second away point of the campaign at Hull City on Saturday when they came from a goal down to snatch a point thanks to Michael Keane's equaliser.

The next stop on Burnley's run of away games is Swansea on Saturday and Dyche believes the pressure will be on the hosts who are in need of points to extend their advantage over the bottom three.

"The pressure is on the opposition. No one thinks we can win away, it wasn't mind games, just the facts as I see it," he said.

Having taken a point off Hull two of Burnley's next three away games see them face teams below them who are embroiled in a relegation scrap, with a visit to Sunderland following this weekend's game at the Liberty Stadium.

But Dyche said the ambition on the road was the same regardless of the opposition and he urged his side to build on a good display at the KCOM Stadium.

"Whoever you play you have to try and get points," he said. "We've had a number of twists of fate out of our control, Arsenal being the latest one, and it's hard to stomach.

"But Hull was a good performance and we have to try and do it again next week, and the week after."
