STEVEN Reid believes Burnley have got what it takes to bounce back to the Premier League.

“It’s going to be a tough job but the lads are going to be really well equipped now with the experiences of this season,” said Reid, who this week announced he will retire from football after Sunday’s final game of the season at Aston Villa.

“They’ve grown and all become better players over the course of the season so you just hope they can take that into next season.

“I’m sure it will be a successful one because I’ve been impressed with everything about the club - the management staff, the players. We’ve had a fantastic dressing room.

“Everything’s there to build on this season and hopefully bounce back at the first time of asking.”
