THERE’S still a good chance that Burnley and Leicester City can both stay up , but we really need to win tomorrow.

Burnley had some opportunities that they didn’t take at Everton last weekend.

Although Everton have always been my team and I never want them to lose, if it had helped Burnley to stay up I would have been willing to accept that.

Burnley have to be taking all three points tomorrow but Leicester are no pushovers.

They have won their last three games and have been quite unfortunate in some away matches this season.

I saw them play at Everton and they deserved to win that game.

I think they’ve got as good a squad as anyone in the bottom half.

With David Nugent’s goal record against Burnley I hope his calf problem means he doesn’t play any part in the game, even if I’d never wish injury on anyone.

But Leonardo Ulloa replaced him up front last week and scored.

I can see Leicester getting out of it now with the fixtures they have left, but that doesn’t mean Burnley will go down.

I think they can both survive. If you look at the fixtures Hull and Sunderland have left, it’s going to be tough for them.

You’d probably think 33 or 34 points might be enough for Burnley, so two wins and two draws from their last five games. I think three wins would definitely do it.

We still have to play Hull and there’s also West Ham and Stoke, who don’t have a lot to play for.

Then on the last day we have Aston Villa, who might be preparing for the FA Cup final if they’re safe by then. That could work in our favour.

We have played better against the top teams this season - we got four points off Manchester City - but we’ve not beaten the teams around us.

Tomorrow we need a win. This game is as big as they come.
