BURNLEY are without the injured Scott Arfield for this afternoon’s Premier League fixture at Stoke City – with Michael Kightly coming into the side to face his old club.
Arfield misses out after picking up a knock in training, so Kightly takes the Scot’s place on the flank against the club he departed on a permanent basis in the summer.
Burnley otherwise name the same side that claimed their first win of the season against Hull a fortnight ago.
Nathaniel Chalobah, who was a substitute that day, misses out with the ankle injury sustained playing for England under 21s in France on Monday night.
Burnley: Tom Heaton, Kieran Trippier, Michael Duff, Jason Shackell, Stephen Ward, Michael Kightly, Dean Marney, David Jones, George Boyd, Ashley Barnes, Danny Ings. Subs: Matt Gilks, Ben Mee, Michael Keane, Steven Reid, Ross Wallace, Marvin Sordell, Lukas Jutkiewicz.
