I see we did well against a team with only thirteen professionals signed on, the rest being trialists, youth teamers and a guy who won the donkey race at central pier
Impending train wreck against Chelsea means this victory could do us for a while, so on the whole it was up there with coming eighth in Europe.

Creepy little lung leech offering words of wholly negative comfort. Telling us as it is as a solid Burnley fan are you? Such a positive contribution. Nobody expected that you'd write something like this. After all, you've never been anything but supportive of your team have you? Tell, you what, get your smart phone out, shoot a brief video and gutge out this usual bile and bung it on youtube, with your name address and phone number. Have the strength of your convictions - call time on being a gutless keyboard warrior.

I sense a bit of anger there bobber jobber. Look its not my fault we were less than convincing against a team thrown together like the characters in the dirty dozen movie. and as far as you tube goes, I'm already on there, are you?
The daily papers were less than complimentary about Burnleys performance, I happen to agree with them. You need to take your claret and blue specs off and try an honest appraisal. It will make you feel cleansed, instead of dirty. Bring on Chelsea I say

I expect better of you Harwood. All Look Up is doing in this post is stating a fact, a bit like you lot did for 35 years (with much less justification). What you are doing is giving support and encouragement to the worst "troll" on these pages, the one who spits bile and stupidity through various guises. I haven't even looked at the article on West Brom, it has 141 posts and most of them won't even touch on the subject matter I'm betting.
Keep posting in your usual way and don't give any encouragement to ANY idiots, Rovers or Burnley.

And I expected more from you houseclaret, it has been clear over the past few weeks that users on here have had their ID's hacked / cloned, whilst you may not agree with my opinion and have the opportunity to counter with relevant argument you say I spout bile and am a troll??
I have only one ID and am always consistent with this statement. Regarding what I posted.

Do Blackpool only have thirteen professionals = er yes
Were Blackpool fans protesting for Oysten out = er yes
Was the team made up of trialists and youth teamers = er yes
Does that mean we less than convincing = er yes
So please counter these facts with something relevant instead of name calling.
Any more and I will report you to the LT and get you banned like I did with crispy for trying to defame me

my bet is that by around 4pm - these pages (and rovers) will be clogged up with the usual idiots giving it the "my dad is bigger than your dad - - and he is gonna get you" nonsense.

from what i am told by a couple of dingle friends that went to blackpool - it was pretty dire stuff......two bald men fighting over a comb. BUT it is only pre-season, don't know why anybody gets worked up with these games.

its a run out for players and just a glorified training session with paying guests. if i was a dingle i would be much more concerned about your board being parsimonious when it comes to getting hold of that lad from west brom - either sort it soon or walk away. i would have thought the injury to lescott makes prising him from the baggies less likely.

i know you all say much better squad than last time etc etc - but unless you invest in some more quality - you can see your team diminished when the vultures come crawling round your players (see southampton fc) regardless of the length of contract they are on - i know that means more money for the club - but as a sign in my village says over the shop - they don't put pockets in shrouds.

Well I was actually there and the Clarets completely and utterly dominated the game, I don't think either Gilkes or Cisak had an actual save to make.

We looked good in possession, The Juke, Sordell and pretty much everyone else played well against a disjointed Blackpool side who huffed and puffed but ultimately offered nothing.

Solid if unspectacular win.

Hi Houseclaret. Yes, a moment of weakness. I refuse to reply to this troll directly but occasionally take a swipe indirectly llike this morning.
This is the guy, also calls himself We love you Venkys, Voice of my own god, etc. Etc. Etc.who has been trolling the Blackburn pages for well over 2 years and is solely responsible for the enhanced bad feeling lately between the fans He's also responsible for all the rubbish being posted on the Burnley articles as Rovers fans 'hit back'
Funnily enough though, he's not a Burnley fan as he claims to be as he posts on Rovers articles when you are playing at home.
Best thing with this one is for no one to entertain him, Rovers or Clarets. He changes his log in regularly to try to fool us though but is always recogniseable by the same old tripe he posts.
Looking forward to the new season

Point one: totally agree, and unfortunately I don't know what can be done. The unfortunate one has even put some kind of reply on my post, I don't know why, he's got more chance of walking on the moon than me dignifying it with a reply.
Point two: I can't comment about the game, I didn't go, my money is too valuable to waste on Saturday afternoon kick-abouts.
Point three: I think you are right up to a point but I'm not sure just how much this bloke is worth, if he can't get a game with them then is he worth 2.5 million plus?
Point four: You could be right but it will depend on just where we are in the league in the January window and, frankly, I don't think we will be too bad, but who knows? As I've said before, we are on a survival mission so there is no point spending like we are making some kind of assault on the top four, unless Dyche really IS a miracle worker that ain't gonna happen.

Keep posting in your usual way and don't give any encouragement to ANY idiots, Rovers or Burnley.[/p]
my bet is that by around 4pm - these pages (and rovers) will be clogged up with the usual idiots giving it the "my dad is bigger than your dad - - and he is gonna get you" nonsense. from what i am told by a couple of dingle friends that went to blackpool - it was pretty dire stuff......two bald men fighting over a comb. BUT it is only pre-season, don't know why anybody gets worked up with these games. its a run out for players and just a glorified training session with paying guests. if i was a dingle i would be much more concerned about your board being parsimonious when it comes to getting hold of that lad from west brom - either sort it soon or walk away. i would have thought the injury to lescott makes prising him from the baggies less likely. i know you all say much better squad than last time etc etc - but unless you invest in some more quality - you can see your team diminished when the vultures come crawling round your players (see southampton fc) regardless of the length of contract they are on - i know that means more money for the club - but as a sign in my village says over the shop - they don't put pockets in shrouds.[/p]
As I've said before, we are on a survival mission so there is no point spending like we are making some kind of assault on the top four, unless Dyche really IS a miracle worker that ain't gonna happen. houseclaret

Impending train wreck against Chelsea means this victory could do us for a while, so on the whole it was up there with coming eighth in Europe.
Bring it on

It won't but it's all the troll has to cling on to. He has nothing else.
I expect better of you Harwood. All Look Up is doing in this post is stating a fact, a bit like you lot did for 35 years (with much less justification). What you are doing is giving support and encouragement to the worst "troll" on these pages, the one who spits bile and stupidity through various guises. What you are saying is true, but what choice do we have? Without uber-rich benefactors willing to **** millions on players we have to spend what we earn, the football club is far more important to risk on a few multi-million pound players on massive contracts bleeding the club dry (See Blackburn Rovers for details).

Dawson or whoever is worth what WE think he is worth, if not we move on to another target, we do absolutely the right thing by standing our ground and not being forced into massive transfer fees by greedy selling clubs - the kid has potential, but lets be honest 30 odd games in four years at WBA is hardly a ringing endorsement for him being worth anything over £2 million.

If our team gets diminished then so be it, that is the nature of supporting a smaller club, as a Burnley fan I am a big believer in the mantra of 'Enjoy it while you can' - and we will.

Probably because the Blackpool team met eachother for the first time on the pub car park before the game chucky wooky

A win is a win though isn't it precious?

Have Blackburn even won a pre-season game yet against the stellar opposition they have played?

I used to have a different username but changed it, I seem to recall saying to you that you can't possibly have anything to do with Harwood street in Darwen as the residents there aren't that shallow, to which you replied, what makes you think its Harwood street in Darwen, so I stood corrected, So, stop trying to make out I have multiple ID's because I don't, I have one.
If look up, super claret, claretcert etc has bested you, don't involve me in your obvious bitterness.

Please stop embarrassing yourself - NOBODY on this website, either Burnley supporters or genuine Blackburn fans think that you are anything other than a trolling Blackburn fan, attempting, extremely poorly, to be a Burnley fan.

Every post you put up is a criticism about Burnley, you talk about Burnley being lucky (Even though no other Clarets fan ever says this), and you are becoming a parody of yourself, and your other ID - Turf Moor **** is just as bad, but for all the wrong reasons.
