Rovers plot ambitious move for Murphy
6:00am Saturday 16th June 2012 in Blackburn Rovers & Premier League Table & Results
By Andy Cryer, Blackburn Rovers reporter
BLACKBURN Rovers boss Steve Kean is lining up an ambitious move for veteran midfielder Danny Murphy as he looks to kick start their Champ-ionship preparations.
The 35-year-old midfielder is out of contract at Premier League Fulham this summer and Kean will look to tempt Murphy to Ewood with a two-year deal.
A host of clubs, from the Premier League and Cham-pionship are understood to be interested in Murphy, but few are so far prepared to offer him two years.
Sources close to Murphy have suggested the player would prefer to stay in the Premier League, with a new one year Fulham deal still a possibility, but the extra security of another year could persuade him to a drop down a level in East Lancashire.
Kean knows Murphy well having worked with him at Fulham and would see the former Liverpool, Spurs and Tottenham midfielder as the ‘experienced’ player the club lacked last campaign.
The under fire Rovers boss has already stated he is looking to add more experience this campaign, to compliment the club’s promising youngsters.
Sources close to the player have indicated the enquiries are at an early stage, with most of the staff at Ewood Park still in the dark about next season.
Kean’s efforts to bolster his squad won’t be helped by the uncertainty that still exists around Ewood Park, with owners Venky’s yet to communicate their plans.
It is understood club secretary Anthony Bloch, who only joined last season, has been told he will become the latest casualty of Venky’s regime.
The Lancashire Telegraph still expect Asian TV Pundit Shebby Singh to be unveiled as the club’s ‘global advisor’, while supporters are waiting for a statement on Kean’s own future after co owner Venkatesh Rao refused to back him almost a month ago.
Kean is believed to still be waiting for his budget for the new campaign. Rovers’ former PR man and new General Manager Paul Agnew will take up his role at the start of July and will be based at Ewood and Brockhall.
Singh is also expected to be given an office at Ewood Park once his appointment is announced by the owners.
Owners Venky’s were unavailable for comment yesterday.
Season tickets are yet to be put back on sale while the final plans for pre-season have yet to be announced, although it is understood Rovers could play friendlies in France and Holland.

2) if Murphy has worked with the useless backstabbing slime ball b4 then he would never want to be anywhere near him again.
3) as if anyone would want to work for the Venky's circus. Lies lies lies lies
The only headline we want to see is that the club have been sold and Venky's are out of here. Then balloon head wud be sacked within ten minutes

Pull the other one eh. Danny Murphy is probably coming nowhere near our club. And who can blame him? What player of any merit would want to come to Rovers with the Kean pantomine still in full swing?
If Venkys have a single penny to spend then it should go on a severance package for Steve Kean. Anything else is just wasting their money; literally. Everyone knows that. An Elvis comeback is more likely than a return to the Prem with Steve Kean and his crazy entourage.

These appalling Indians will be gone one day - and no Rovers fan should give them any cash meanwhile. Abstain from ST's etc as it is the only thing that will bring this lot down - the sight of an Empty Stadium and no cash - yes they will have the parachute but we can take £10m off them as fans and local businesses etc even more.

I hate being jolted awake, but again the odious freak has managed just that with his vision for the future. No disrespect to Murphy, of course. Just that the odious one is still making decisions down at Ewood regardless of his utterly abject, and abysmal record.
Let us hope that his decision making is cut short in the not to distant future ?

I just don't understand the game plan at all. I accept things have changed since our relegation; I don't accept though the never-ending news of people being sacked and lack of a coherent way forward. An example of a lack of a coherent way forward is a player such as Murphy who would be one of our top earners next season and could easily turn out to be the next Grella. I know from personal experience how easily you pick up injuries in your mid-thirties and how quickly your speed and fitness levels drop.

So we get rid of all of our experienced players last year because they are too old, and we try to replace them with a 35 year old. Maybe 2 years ago he would have been a good signing (if we had gone down then), but now I doubt he will have the legs. And I bet he will be demanding well over and above the money for a player in his mid-thirties playing in the championship. It wouldn't surprise me if he is trying to get around £25,000 - £35,000 a week.

Why can Andy Cryer not go down to Brockhall and speak to Kean face to face?
If Kean refuses to speak to him, then the LT should publish the fact.
Don't let Kean hide away in his office.
The LT must put pressure on Kean to let the fans know what is happening.
Remember the 2012/2013 fixtures are published on Monday!

I think it would be good idea at a televised away game next year (burnley perhaps) to organise a huge banner that everybody puts up during the game. I don't mean one large banner as this would be confiscated at the gates - I mean like they have on some champions league games where everybody has a small square and they all put them up together in the right order. Imagine a huge forty foot sign saying kean and Venky's out.

It was even more physical and not much craft in them days. We need someone who can pick a pass and thread the needle. If we can get him and keep him out of the sick bay, he may well do a great job. You just have to surround him with young headless chickens, of which venky's have millions.
Also I never said Danny Murphy was at the same level as Tugay - who is a true rovers legend.
The club is being attacked by a cancer. The only way to deal with a cancer is to cut it out. If that means that we have to sink even lower then so be it. We must discourage any footballer from joining this vile regime at all costs. It is the only way to get our once proud club back.
We must do all in our power to see that they do not flourish otherwise they are here or keeps.

Over the years I have watched the Rovers sink through the divisions and thought I can't watch them anymore. But again and again I watched them until eventually I saw them reach the pinnacle of English football by winning the Premier League. Something I never thought I would see. So I am happy with that memory. But to watch all that acheivement washed down the plughole by these cretins is more than body andsoul can take. So yes I will take further punishment and disappointment if it means we will once again rise from the ashes.

Get Real - players wont come to Ewood while the Circus you are the ringmaster of is still in town.
Furthermore those star players who arent leaving will leave some on the last day of the transfer deadline so the money Venkys get cant be spent - seen it all before got the teeshirt
Then you wonder why genuine Rovers fans are up in arms - the protests will continue until both Venkys and Kean go -the sad thing is by then the cupboard will be stripped bare with little worth saving

Only problem with this healthy deabating that you two were doing en masse is BB4 was ending his posts with sarcastic belittling nonesense that you were obviously too thick to pick up on. Go back and read them again. Particularly the ones posted in french, use google translate if you wish, and you will see by the overall undertones that he was in fact pulling your p1sser. The sad thing is you never noticed whilst all around had done. If you wish to carry on mass debating with BB4 I suggest you get a room.
Considering he says he is not obsessed with rubbing our noses in it, why was every one of his posts three times as long as this one.
Your intentions of getting behind the team are just your opinion, I also will get behind the team. However I will never accept a dingle maggot trying to belittle our club when we are in crisis. Sensible debate I can handle but I will not have an obsessed turd posting half an hour compositions of why we should accept our new found home. I don't accept that.We have been taken there. It was not through lack of luck and it is not our rightful place as you were intimating with the turd.
Our rightful place is in the PL, we have the facilities and we used to have the infrastucture until it was systematically dismantled. For venky's to then come out and say we are confused and we don't know whats happened is just plain bullsheister.
You sell your best players, you get relegated. It can't be much simpler, so for the likes of you and the turd to come here and say they were naive just rubs folk up the wrong way.

Roberts does not feature in what we are trying to achieve.
Now hand on heart, would that lineup above not have kept us in the PL?
Yes it would so the conclusion is, considering we have a manager with the worst win ratio in football history, we have been taken down deliberately in order to balance the books. But they look pretty stupid now as there is another extra 30 million for every club up there. Fantastic business acumen.

This lot between them have systematically destroyed a reputable and well run club.
Comments should be based in and around these facts in my opinion.
I, after initially supporting the whole set up in the most practicable of ways reached the point in which I realized that my devotion, commitment and dedication was, in short, having the rise taken out of it by these lying, incompetent and amateurish buffoons.
Like most on here I have attempted to rationalize, reason, and be fair minded over matters at Ewood, but they have failed due to the lack of transparency, and above all a utter lack of respect for the community of Blackburn Rovers Football Club.
I cannot and do not attempt to influence any on these boards with my stance in abstaining from attending Ewood whilst we have these imposters purporting in running the club. This is my personal choice on the basis of facts that present themselves.
39 years I have followed my club, my team, my town all over these lands with the odd excursion into Europe on a consistent basis, in fact I would go so far as to say I am one of the 6000 hardcore supporter of BRFC, but this is not going to be any longer on the basis that I will not allow people of ill repute in taking advantage of that commitment. I work on a basis of a two way street, not a one way system !
I have no problem with folk wishing to remain loyal at this time by attending Ewood but, I would be grateful if you would offer me the same courtesy in my reason for not ?
Intrinsically I am attached to BRFC, and this will always remain, but not under these conditions that affront us at this time.
I have made my peace all matters BRFC under these current owners, and they can carry on without me as I utterly and totally disagree with how they choose to treat BRFC and all of it's members.
For your question as to those '30 somethings' who are banging the drum for non attendance, but, who will return should the fortunes be of a upward nature, I can assure you until the 'Odious One' as left, and Venky(should they still be involved?) grow some gonads, I will not be part of it.
You have my word on that.
BRSIT and BRAG are the only viable way forward, in my opinion, if we wish to retain the history of our club ? I have no problem with evolving, never have had, but we deserve much better treatment than that which as been meted out thus far. That, in itself speaks volumes as to why so many supporters have voted with their feet, and most possibly an end to their support of BRFC under these people ?
For the record: I cannot see(although I understand) how anyone can attend Ewood under present circumstances and cheer this despicable regime on the claim that you are supporting the team ?

Having looked at the questions put forward to the FA by the action group I struggle to see how that is a way forward. (have you read them)
Venkys don`t appear to be looking to sell the club, if they did would the fans buy out be realistic! the Walker trust left a large overdraft which would have to be serviced as well as having funds to make a bid.

Viable in that Venky, going to press are, in my opinion, making a mess in so far as I cannot support what they do thus the only viable means or options are to support BRSIT and BRAG for that what I believe BRFC stands for.
I am now an outsider looking in, and as far as I'm concerned no longer support the regime at BRFC for reasons easy to identify.
Venky selling ? As you say, they don't appear to be looking to sell. That is their prerogative. These are early days as far as takeovers are concerned, but I truly believe this will develop over time, and be in a much stronger position in the next few years for an intended takeover of BRFC ?
Venky have much to do in my eye's to ever placate how I feel.
Admittedly, these groups are at an early stage, and can appear to be unorganized, but they are gaining a firmer foothold, as surely, you would agree, can be of benefit in restoring good order down at Ewood Park ?
BRSIT are very astute people in their own right, and I personally see a group who genuinely care for OUR club and it's foundations that have taken 136 years to build.
I'm afraid I cannot believe in Venky although I've run every scenario through my head in order to continue following BRFC ?
So, regardless of potential takeover's I would prefer to follow those that make me feel like I belong to our club through an honest determination in making BRFC a stable and well run club that we can follow on the merits that we see as as benefited BRFC for well over a century.
I fondly remember the words of past players and managers who proclaim that BRFC is one of the most welcoming and family orientated clubs they have had the pleasure to pass through.
I will not let that image of BRFC nor stand, and support a regime that rips all that away with it's constant bluster and, disrespect.
Funny isn't it that arguments rage on here over who best to run the club but, isn't it fair to say that the club at present could not be run any more poorly, than if to say, BRSIT were running it ?
This lot have to make decisions quickly or, and obviously, BRFC are plummeting down the Leagues regardless if we attend or not !

Interesting comment. After being 6 points clear and then embarking on a calamitously bad run of performances, I actually raised the matter on this site when I questioned the validity of it all.
Some of the substitutions in games during this run beggared belief. Swansea away for example, when we were losing and SK takes off Yak and Junior (I stand to be corrected on JH), even the pundits on Sky were asking why take off one of the PL's top strikers when we needed to score goals. Phil Thompson was asked 'why', he replied 'don't ask me me, I have absolutely no idea'.
There were others but tbh I can't be bothered recounting them. What was going through my mind was 'we will be relegated no matter what'. Spurs away? What was that all about? Dunn comes off and winks at the bench. Job done perhaps? Mission almost accomplished?
Conspiracies? Maybe, but these are the CRAZIEST times ever at Ewood Park. I don't remember my first games but know for sure I saw Tommy Briggs, taking me back to 1956/7 at least and being gutted I couldn't go to the 1958 FA cup semi-final. I am seeped in BRFC, my father was a massive fan. I once went to a Burnley game with my mate and his dad (I was at junior school at the time in Rishton) and my dad didn't speak to me for 3 weeks (dingles got battered by WHU).
Anyway I digress, after many discussions with family and close friends, I and many others will not be going back to Ewood while any of the current incumbents are around.
For the non-believers, the future is BRSIT, BRFCAG, Ian Battersby. The club we knew no longer exists. We will have a future, we will rise again, not to the PL granted.
The sooner these parasites go the better, then the rebuild can begin.

Let us look at the true meaning of 'Deliberate' from the dictionary:
1.Done consciously and intentionally
2. Fully considered; not impulsive
3. Done or acting in a careful and unhurried way.
Blueskies, your spot on about being deliberately being taken down.
I believe the above will bear you out and, is damning to the reign of Venky's.

The sooner these parasites go the better, then the rebuild can begin.

Venkys actions, starting last season when we were still in the PL, have shown they cannot manage a football club. They have admitted their management plan has been a failure and are now working overtime, not in the best interests of the club or with the intention of planning a realistic challenge to get back into the PL, but to reduce the losses their abject management of this club has caused.
Anyone taking over will have to manage the finances, that is the challenge. It is irrelevant whether the club is in debt or not.

You might have to express yourelf in more than one sentence though.
1. Venkys stay
2. Venkys go
Either way they will own the club at the start of the season.
at the start of the season there are only two things that will happen with the manager
1 its SK
2 its not SK
If its 1 SK stays only 2 things can happen
a good start or not a good start
If its 2 a new manager comes in (which I doubt) then fans would have to give him a chance
So what is the way forward.
The Walker trust wanted to sell the club and sold it with OD liabilities.
The venkys now own the club and have made a financial outlay, they state they are not interested in selling.
So for Venkys to go
What are the options
1. Go down the route of the FA and find wrong doings, prove the conspiracy theories,
If any evidence of wrong doing was available the press would pick up on it straight away ie Panorama
Even if a dodgy deal was found what would that achieve nobody could take the club from the venkys and give it to the fans
2 Get them to sell either to the fans or a new buyer, is there a new buyer out there (who knows) Before the fans can make a realistic bid funds would have to be in place to match what the venkys would sell for, the bank will not give a 20m od without security
So as fans at the start of the season there are only 2 choices
1 Dont go
2 Go
So if you do 1 and dont` go the gates will go down and revenue will be lost. when you look back to when the great man took over what were the crowds in the second division, it wouldn,t have bothered him his vision was success, that is what brings the fans in.
2 Go and see what happens
Every body has the right to shout "venkys out" whether or not they go next season and if there was a realistic option it would get my vote, but there isn,t one on the table

I would suggest it is a very fine line indeed to what 'deliberate' is to be offered as to the reason(s) we witness down at Ewood ?
The evidence that as presented itself to me over 18 months as been enough to convince myself that supporting something that is so preposterous is evidence enough.
Don't delude yourself from the abysmal record that lay's before you right through the club since the takeover.
Is that not evidence enough for something that is deliberate ?
Our club was not on the verge of wrack and ruin before Venky took a hold. Now it is !
That is a deliberate act of negligence, is it not ?
Evidence is not always as transparent as you would like to believe !

'TAKING US DOWN DELIBERATELY'
They have been deliberate alright !

The above is a quote from the FA rules. So if you have evidence that games have been deliberately lost so BRFC could be relegated just let the FA know and we will all be saved as the people who have fixed the matches will be in jail.
I would however suggest that neither of you two have any evidence to support your claims and that is the reason you don`t want to talk.

Having looked at the questions put forward to the FA by the action group I struggle to see how that is a way forward. (have you read them)
Venkys don`t appear to be looking to sell the club, if they did would the fans buy out be realistic! the Walker trust left a large overdraft which would have to be serviced as well as having funds to make a bid.
BRFC Action Group has now met with the Premier League, The FA and the Goverment. I can ensure everyone we did not go there either un-prepared or with the intention of just having a moan. Its taken months of digging, speaking to current and ex employee's. Talking to people both here and abroad with connections to Rovers including through third parties to put together a dossier which we could present which shows a clear breaking of FA and Premier League rules. There has been so many wild conspriocies which have been written or told, and even these have had to be investigated by us, to either back them up or dismiss them. Every single piece of evidence we submitted was backed up by testimony and documents. There is still things out there we know to be true which we cannot yet submit as fact due to (A) Not having a document to prove it, or (B) Not having the people who claim these things to go on record. However what we do have is enough evidence which contravenes a number of rules within the FA and Prem guidelines.
The BRFC Action Group are holding an open meeting on the 24th June at 2pm at longshaw club and everyone is welcome to attend. This will give everyone an opportunity to hear first hand how these meetings went.
Do you think this case would of been taken to Parliament without there being significant evidence? To go as far as Parliament shows that an outside influence is needed to ensure justice is done.
We told both the FA and Prem to be under no illusions regarding how far we would take this. We made it quite clear that they can deal with it behind closed doors swiftly and cleanly, or we will go public on everything we have, which ultimately will show beyond reasonable doubt the failings of the system which has been put in place to protect the integrity of football.
The only people who have seen what has been submitted to the FA, Prem, Hugh Robertson are, The 3 Mps present and the BRFC Action Group Committee. Of these only the BRFC Action Group Committee were present in the Prem and FA meeting.

1. Rules have been broken
2 Rules haven,t been broken

"if they know whats been looked at, i'm pretty sure they can try and make aspects of it disappear"
A final point as you probably know there was a documentary which highlighted certain goings on in football . the makers of such programmes would have experts on such matters and access to legal teams you haven`t commented on why you haven,t gone down that line of enquiry.

'TAKING US DOWN DELIBERATELY'
They have been deliberate alright !

You barely escape relegation with the last game of the season. You go on to let the match winner leave on a free with 18 months left on his large contract cause he's been a good boy.
You get rid of the best up and coming centre back in the country by re negotiating his contract even though he already had a four year cast iron one, the new one has a release clause of a meagre 16 million inserted. Kalanic who was our top scorer at the end of a season where he only played half the games because he didn't fit. Givet getting dropped when we had no centre halves because his head was not in the right place. Your best midfielder sat in the stands even though he is deemed not good enough to displace Pedersen and Dunn is now wanted by half the premier league including Arsenal who finished third. Samba who was not for sale in the window only to be sold when it had shut thus having no chance of signing a replacement.
Salgado's shambolic treatment, a guy who has won the european cup was replaced by Bostick central south players brothers player of the year Bradley Orr, not funny enough.
Nelsens iron lung, he'll never kick a ball again as it may kill him goes to spurs, and oh yes spurs.
The spurs fiasco, no shots in 90 minutes yet the bald one says it went according to plan and we played well.
WTF
My, my I'm only just starting and all these naive mistakes they keep making don't look like a deliberate plot to balance the books to me. We were 10 million in debt when they took over and announced a further loss of 9 million. We now have no debt but have been relegated.
It looks to me and everyone else on here with just a few of the facts stated that it was done delibrately with only the sole intention of balancing the books. As Kean has done his job well, he has kept his job.
Do you need any more evidence that is all public record or can you find it for yourself because all us on these message boards are sick and tired of going over old issues for the sake of a few FICKLE FANS.
Do you need any more facts? I'm sure others can fill in a few diguised naive decisions for you because I only stated the choice nuggets there are hundreds more. Some of us on here have the knackers to say it like it is.

Really Road Runner? Nowhere near as disconcerted as I am reading comments from those that would rather see the club go into administration than Venky's continued ownership!
My "apologetic nuances" as you so laughably call them are at least rooted firmly in reality, unlike those that believe that Venky's would ever hand over the club for a pittance when they've turned down the offers they have and that's not diminishing the efforts of those groups that are demanding answers to how they came into ownership of the club in the first place.
Its simple. whatever the outcome and whatever league Rovers end up in, Venky's are here to stay for a long time and if you've decided to boycott the club whilst they still own it, you might as well get used to supporting and watching a non-league team, because Venky's not on WONT sell. THEY CANT sell and you wont be seeing the inside of Ewood Park for a long long time.
And that's A-OK with me.

'TAKING US DOWN DELIBERATELY'
They have been deliberate alright !
Regards
Arte et labore
Regards
Arte et labore
I pity you your evidence and, when the real evidence appears, that on the pitch, we will see if that is evidence enough for you ?
Arte et labore
so you don`t really have any evidence
Okay just for your inferior intellect we'll do a scenario for you, so you can picture it more clearly. This is Rovers recent history, Pirates of the carribean style. For the dumb feckers out there
You have a ship with fifty 18 inch calibre cannons on it and 100 gunners to man them, but the ship is that heavy you are taking on a bit of water, its okay though because the 5 pumps and 10 engineers you have on board can keep pumping it out allowing you to go into battle fully equipped and ready for action. Hardly any collatoral damage.
A new captian takes charge who immediately fires the engineers and tells the gunners to do that job as well. As the gunners are running around trying to load and pump at the same time the captain decides to be more efficient we will take on extra cabin boys and bring them through with on the job training because they are cheaper. He throws some more cannons overboard and some pumps too, we take on less water and just about scrape through the ensuing battle. After such a major success the brilliant captain reports to the shipping company on how much he has saved on wages and between them they decide that the more cannons and pumps they discard, the less water we take on and the less wages they have to pay.
The captain then announces we shall shed all cannons and gunners and replace them with pistols and more cabin boys thus we take on no water and can also dispense with the pumps and just have riggers and cabin boys with pistols.
We sail into battle real fast and guess what happens. Thats right we get ferkin sunk.
Now that to me looks like a deliberate plot to sink the ship to save on wages. You see now the shipping company, who didn't give a flying fook anyway is paying no wages at all and can claim any salvage booty as sheer profit. Plus the insurance on its sinking. If you substitute players for cannons directors and infrastucture for gunners and pumps/engineers. Kean for captain fabtastic Shonkys for the shipping company, the prachute payments for the insurance, I'm sure you can visualise the rest.
Was that simple enough for you or will you require a comic strip next time. Evidence jeez I sometimes wonder about some people.
Sorry forgot to mention half way through the battle we took on a ships monkey, who by all accounts is a late developer and is in fact going to be the new admiral nelson, he was provided by the father of the haulage company who brokered the deal to buy the ship in the first place even though his only appearance on water was in the boating lake on St Annes promenade and when he stops leaning over the side and throwing up will devolop some fine sea legs on him.
Oh and we also had the new francis drake too but no-one could take the potatoe off him so they used him as a cannon ball.
Enjoy.

Who are you anyway, Your username has only appeared in the last few weeks. Never seen you here before.
I'm not a naysayer or doom merchant, but I'm not a fool either.

Samba is not for sale
Emerton wants to go home
El Hadj, is such a naughty boy
Kalanic, doesn't fit in.
Andrews, is having it bad
Roberts does not feature in what we are trying to achieve.
Now hand on heart, would that lineup above not have kept us in the PL?
Yes it would so the conclusion is, considering we have a manager with the worst win ratio in football history, we have been taken down deliberately in order to balance the books. But they look pretty stupid now as there is another extra 30 million for every club up there. Fantastic business acumen.
I will support the team, but I will not ever accept what has transpired over the last 18 months.

It may or not be a fact that Jones had a get out clause in his contract but where is the evidence that it was deliberate and done to get rovers relegated.

Heres an conspiracy theory for you, BRFC are in a mess because of Bad choice of manager,
Bad choices when spending money on new players
Poor communication

It may or not be a fact that Jones had a get out clause in his contract but where is the evidence that it was deliberate and done to get rovers relegated.
You have also omitted to mention the 20m SK has spent on new players
Heres an conspiracy theory for you, BRFC are in a mess because of Bad choice of manager,
Bad choices when spending money on new players
Poor communication
Poor decision making
Not sacking the manger after poor results
Being naive after taking over a premiership club
Getting rid of a successful background staff
Not having a clue what they are doing.
the list is endless
No but that doesn't stack up
because you have evidence that it is deliberate because some how if its deliberate we can all keep the conspiracy theory going.
Question should I do it in paperflick cartoon style so you can take in semi moving images? would that work for you?

Sensible debate I can handle but I will not have an obsessed turd posting half an hour compositions of why we should accept our new found home. I don't accept that.We have been taken there. It was not through lack of luck and it is not our rightful place as you were intimating with the turd."

Unless you care to point to the article and comments where I made an "offer of mass debating as you did with BB4 claret", I'll just put this down to yet more "evidence" out of the arse of the loyal masses (see sheep) that feel no need for facts when make believe is so much fun.
I guess the idea of serving up a fake post I didnt write was too much for even your fairytale brain.. And you mock Kean.. peas in a pod for delusion.
And Harwoodstblue, if it stops the incessant cackle of conspiracy loving "Rovers As Long As It Agrees With My Viewpoint Who Needs Facts When Chicken Evidence Will Do" brigade.. it will be most welcome.

but hey no you wont and cant do that . But you can write a load of c*** which you think looks good and if that doesnt work try the usual
call me a dingle
not a real fan,
then get the old chestnut out and tell me how long you have supported rovers
not impressed
just show the evidence that BRFC where deliberately relegated
or you really dont have a clue .
just a thought if you dont know there is any evidence how do you know it will come out, so if you know it will come out you must know there is evidence so why wait just let the world know what the evidence is because the season starts in a few weeks
your school report will say must try harder.

@ Fickle Fan. I think i'm speaking for the rest of this forum here: Why don't you just F*** OFF back on to your own pages! You are certainly no Rovers fan. You are either a B'STARD fan, or a complete TOOL. Probably both. Is that your sister calling? You filthy swine!
Here is a question for lets if you can think of a sensible answer.
Glen has declined to comment on the possible outcome on his actions(see above) so where will we be in nine months time when he has won his case.
Found that the venkys have done something wrong and the FA dock Rovers 9 points and Venkys are still in charge.
Now you can be a sheep and blindly follow and shout and swear and impress your fellow sheep who will also shout and swear,
but asked your self when Glen has finished what will the outcome be ! do you think the FA will take rovers of the Venkys.
Me I will be taking my seat at Ewood
Hopefully you will be boycotting Ewood and the dingles will love people who boycott Ewood
Now here is a nice topic for debate
What will be the outcome of the questions put to the FA ?
(awaits threats, abuse and childish comments about being a dingle)

"The facts are history though, we were taken down in order to cut costs, Kind of backfired now they announce they get an extra 30 million in the PL. What do you think?"
I don't believe it was deliberate, definitely not by Venky's, its possible from the other parties, as Venky's already admitted they had no idea we could be taken down, and that's probably one of the most damning and damaging admissions they've made so far along with the confusion, that points to one thing and one thing alone. Rank incompetence.
There may or may not be evidence of deliberate sabotage, but my view is until such evidence is uncovered, I'm not buying into the conspiracy theories for my enjoyment as some seems to do on here. I prefer to stay rooted in reality, and the reality is, Venky's are here for the long haul, so we either get used to it and do what we have to get them to get rid of Kean and start listening to those that understand and know what needs to be done, or turn our backs to Rovers and go and watch non-league games instead of posting the same old conspiracy theories on here that only serve as ammunition for ridicule for the sad lurkers on here that are Dingles.

I dont go round and round I posed a question to you which you dont or cant provide the answer to, so in your world I must be a dingle.
I care passionately about Rovers but I wont blindly follow fools.
Now I will pose a question to you which I feel could possibly damage Rovers and would play into the hands of the dingles.
Could the action being taken through the FA result in Rovers having points deducted
Now before you answer the question look back through the above posts and you will see that the persons who are taking the action have declined to comment. Which I feel just like what is happening with the venkys ignorant and very poor communication, at least the venkys say no comment.
Now before you say anything about a points deduction being right or wrong I feel that I have a right to know the range of possible outcomes of any action I might support.
By communicating to fans what possible outcomes there are would not be giving any clues to Venkys etc.
will venkys likely still own the club at the end of the action?.
so dont go round and round or accuse me of being a dingle answer the question

I have a friend who is a bolton fan. I said to him half way through the season, I can't understand why you are touting around your best player, if you get rid of him now you will get relegated, to which of course he replied that the team is bigger than one player. Granted it is, but if you are just above the bottom 3 on goal difference and you get rid of your best defender then you will get relegated.
Now then lets transpose this to rovers who were in the bottom 3 and got rid of their four best defenders. They did it by accident I suppose, a bit of a mistake, naivety? I know my conclusions and I think deep down you know as well. They were trying to cut costs and they got relegated, so as the cost cutting was done on purpose and was planned, so was the relegation.
QPR on the other hand stengthened their squad when they were in the bottom 3 and the rest is history.
So the moral is, you get what you pay for.
