He is average and a goal against manu doesn't mean he's ace. defensively he makes too many basic errors. We need a Robbie savage, someone to drive the play and influence them around. Kean gave us lily savage in Murphy before he departed. They're just not fit enough. Even Dunn said pre season was pedestrian. We need a new fitness coach and new manager. Then we will have a better idea of what we have that can cope in this division.

What we ned for starters is a 20k turnout on Wednesday.
The three week lack of action has given many of the promisers time to think up excuses not to go.
Kean goes,they all return,that was the deal.Not Kean goes,right we'll pretend to wait to see what happens before we pretend that we might come back. Too many have forgotten how to support the blue and white halves.

All this boycott talk needs to stop and now. The boycotting was to try to remove the drunkard liar and it worked. It's going to take more than boycotting to get rid of the parasites commonly known as Venkys. I hate them. I hate their ignorance of Rovers, football in general and down right appalling management and ownership of Rovers but if, and it's a big if, they get a decent manager inplace and very soon, things will surely change. We had the worst manager in the history of football and his shadow of doom will linger over the squad whilst Black and Hendry are still there. Once the new managers in place things will change. They can't get much worse! The season will restart by getting the squad fit, a few changes in January and full clear out in summer. The problem is does anyone trust them? Of course not, why would we? We're in limbo at the minute pinning our hopes on possibly the most inappropriate group of footballing ignoramuses to make a decision of epic proportions in regard the club we all love but talk of boycotting surely needs to stop..... at least for now.

I could support PNE, Man City, Rovers or Bury but the fact remains your're one of those who said you were boycotting until Kean was sacked. Kean actually resigned supposedly because he wasn't allowed to pick the team albeit he probably jumped before he was pushed, but we will now never know will we although the result is the same, Kean has gone

I though McKinley was NI assistant (not Scotland)? But either way he could be sacked soon.

His main asset will be that he knows the club well enough and was a fierce player with a 100% never say die attitude on the field. If he can manage with the same style as then, he may get this lot playing properly. But he really doesn't fire mine or I guess most fans imagination of who we would have wanted for our next manager. Still we should back whoever takes the job and give them a fair chance to succeed at least.

FR - you like to post on here yet for 2 years you have gone out of your way to avoid actually finding out what has actually gone on (and continues to go on behind the scenes at BRFC).

Instead of continually posting irrelevant pap, why don't you actually educate yourself with the ACTUAL happenings at your own club.

One of the reasons this appointment is taking forever is there is (as always) a POWER STRUGGLE between our OWNERS as they have differing views as to which dirrection the club should go in (and football is often NOT the main requirement).

JA and SK hand remains tightly gripped round the throat of BFRC - why otherwise does EB remain as one of the 3 favorites for the job then as soon as he drifts in some-one else (almost a carbon copy), friend of SK, Scottish, never gonna get a big-time management job and (quite possibly) a client of JA comes into the betting as favourite.

Its time ALL Rovers fans stoped hiding behind their own IGNORANCE - enough is enough - if we can't be arsed to stop these CRIMINALS killing our club then who else is going to ????

One of the reasons this appointment is taking forever is there is (as always) a POWER STRUGGLE between our OWNERS as they have differing views as to which dirrection the club should go in (and football is often NOT the main requirement).

JA and SK hand remains tightly gripped round the throat of BFRC - why otherwise does EB remain as one of the 3 favorites for the job then as soon as he drifts in some-one else (almost a carbon copy), friend of SK, Scottish, never gonna get a big-time management job and (quite possibly) a client of JA comes into the betting as favourite.

Its time ALL Rovers fans stoped hiding behind their own IGNORANCE - enough is enough - if we can't be arsed to stop these CRIMINALS killing our club then who else is going to ????
