What is it with players today. If they don't like or agree with something they spit their dummies out at the first instance. You are paid to play, you are under contact and most importantly the fans have traveled and paid to see their full team play. Grow up. Whatever the reason sort it out after the game. I think you need to throw Dann into the mix there too. I think any fan can see that we are carrying 3 players per match and we need a tough manager to come in and tell the big time Charlies, some home truths. We will need a couple of loan signing, as we have a mess of a defence and no one in midfield who can put a shift in. A hard task for anyone I think, but with the right choice we can make it.

We need a strong character to sort the lot of them out, Givet is a decent defender who put himself on the line, I don't blame him for having a go at Orr, without knowing the facts of what happened in the dressing room at half time who can comment, but Orr and desperate Dann are both Kean and Black stooges, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work out what could have happened. Maybe the answer is to get rid of the lot of them, Givet with his sulking, Dann, well he couldn't catch a cold, and Orr who let’s face it couldn't get into the worst defense in the prem before he came to the Rovers. On the bright side Kean’s gone, and good riddance, looking forward to a new manager with a new backroom staff. We now need to give Venkeys a chance to redeem themselves. Cant lost Givet he has been a warrior for us, yes he shouldnt refuse to play but he must get frustrated with Orr and Dann at the back, what a waste of time those 2 are. Without Givet we will struggle at the back. For me Orr, Dann, Murphy and Pedersen can all go in January!

Givit should have avoid it, he is a senior player and understand the game plus also.

Orr is a fashion boy and he cannot stand the pace and power of striker players. We need to work on ruthless effort to stop ball at the back. look at Westham-QPR game last night, 8+ yellow cards, because they need 3 points.

That is the fight , we as a team needed, but in a controlled manner.
