Does the influx of young foreign players this summer herald a change in Rovers youth policy? Could this be a prelude to the winding-up of the center and the end of the excellent stream of talent that the Academy has provided many of whom have gone on to star in the first team and represent their home countries at International level? You may recall he backtracked on just about anything and everything he said at the fan's meeting.
