cant wait for next season, judging by all the coments from the past few weeks there will be alot less kn*bheads there
You're still going though, and Kean and Agnew will be there. That's bumped up the Kn*bhead ratio to Turf Moor levels. Maybe you can get Stevie's autograph, or maybe even Myles Anderson's! Paul Agnew might even tickle your belly like the obedient little lapdog you are!
sorry i thought being a football fan was about passion, supporting your team from the teraces... enjoy reading the write ups on here and moaning about them week in week out...

    call yourself a fan !

for the record, i dont agree like most with the way my club has been managed and i was one of the first peopple to call for keans head... but lets face facts, he aint going, no body cares weather you dont go to ewood, not even venkys... the money from ST is nothing ! there not assed... your only punishing yourself,

im a proud rover and under no circumstances will i allow steve kean and a bunch of Indian cowboys from supporting my club... from the touchline

blackburn yoof.... really does explain your mentality

    YAWN
And by going on to Ewood you become another stat for Kean to Quote, " see MRS D I told you it was only 1%"
    EXPLAIN ?!

    i will repeat myself....

Venkys/Kean do not care weather you go to Ewood or not

    end of chat

more harm than good not going
If Venky's and Kean are not bothered about whether the fans turn up or not, then that just about sums up their total disregard and lack of respect for their customers, which is a major contributory factor, into the rapid decline of this once proud club.

    Out with 'em all!"

Blackburn Rovers new boy Gomes has World Cup dream

NUNO Gomes believes his shock Blackburn Rovers move could hand him an international lifeline – as he bids for a dream World Cup finale.

The 36-year-old signed a two-year deal at Ewood Park last week and revealed he turned down several other offers, including one from Premier League Everton.

The former Benfica, Fiorentina and Braga striker has played in World Cups and European Championships for Portugal and hopes his English switch could earn him an international recall.

He insists helping Rovers back into the Premier League at the first attempt is the priority but believes that could also earn him a place in Portugal’s squad for the World Cup in 2014.

He said: “The talks began two weeks ago. It was quite fast. I had other offers, even from Everton from the Premier League, but everyone here made me feel at home. That was very important for me.

“I’m going to live in Manchester. It’s an hour trip and my family will be with me there. I hope also that Black-burn can help me, perhaps I could even be at the 2014 World Cup with Portugal.

“I had offers from Braga and also Benfica, but wanted to play in England. I had some talks with guys from the MLS and from Everton, but the guys from Rovers convinced me.

“They want me to help the team reach the Premier League. That’s the main goal, the Premier League. I think I can become an idol to the fans. At every club I’ve played, I had the fans’ support and hope I can get it there as well.

“I always loved English football. In England everyone looks at what the player does on the pitch. They don’t look at how old we are. I think I can score many goals, and who knows, after two years maybe I can renew thecontract.”
