that's my feeling on the matter. history suggests we must be cautious about pretty much anything that is suggested about how things will be done in the future.

venky's too have been really poor - inexcusably so in the case of communication. so i feel we are at a point where we have two directions of travel from which we can hope to rebuild
a) make wholesale changes to the ownership and management structure. this is largely out of the fans' control as venky's do not seem inclined to sell or dispose of kean.
b) accept that the ownership and management will remain and allow some leaway over the implementation of these new plans and investments.
realistically we all continue to support rovers, even though the venky's reign has led to extremely emotive responses from many. i for one will not give up on the club this season and wil get to whatever games i can when i get to travel back up north. i respect others for approaching it in an compltely different way, but for me new season suggests the opportunity for a new start, regardless of who's in charge.

Understandable to be fair all things considering, but like I have said earlier, should the two new signings be unveiled as Murphy and Best then neither will have been cheap and maybe are a sign of better times to come, as they are certainly two players that would thrive in the Championship.

at least let's give it some time to be proved bulldust or not. he's stated advance transfer discussions and other sources suggest that's with murphy and best. that will be a starting point - to see genuine bids going in for the type of players we realistically need, with hopefully one or two actually signing. from there, they can start to prove themselves in other ways and therefore take some steps towards rebuilding the confidence amongst fans which they have been solely responsible for losing in the first place.

Yes and I don't get your point? I was there because I had already bought my season ticket as I have done for nearly 30 years. Most of which has meant travelling long distances since going to university at 18. I can tell you now pal that there are very very few people who have put in anywhere near the time and cost that I have supporting the Rovers. I even maintained my season ticket whilst I lived in Sweden for 3 years. It breaks my heart not to renew, I feel completely bereft but we have no choice. Renewing is accepting Kean as manager and I simply cannot stand the thought of paying for that.

As far as I'm concerned, anyone going to a home game this season is breaching a picket line and destroying our club. Everyone must cease investing in this regime.
