  • "There's something so beautifully poetic about this video. That for all the GOOD reasons to sack him, football results, relationship with the fans, lying, drunk driving, ALL of which he and Jerome have managed to sneakily wiggle their crafty selves out of. Yet the sword that gets him in the end is his own arrogance in trying to big it up whilst **** in the bar.

Yes, ok, a lot of us blokes tend to big it up in the bar after a few drinks sometimes. But this man is a public figure and a role model for a top level football club. I'd almost forgive him if he was acting this way in front of some bimbos and he was out on the pull, but this is in front of what looks like 16-18 year old lads. Does he really need their admiration this much? It's genuinely pathetic.

And for all the (rightly deserved) footballing criticism of the Venkys, they are by all accounts a very charitable family who like to conduct themselves in a personable way when doing business. You'd have to think that his precious Mrs D will be quite shocked to see all the effing and blinding going on in this Kean video. Because let's face it, we can all safely assume he's been mr charming and delightful to the Venkys faces.

Boy am I smiling this morning. Finally justice will be done and we'll be rid of this vermin that's infected our great club. Surely there's no way even Jerome Anderson can put a positive twist on this one?

Kean in internet storm

STEVE Kean is at the centre of an internet storm after a YouTube video appeared to show him making an expletive-laden rant about former boss Sam Allardyce.

The footage, filmed by fans in a bar during last summer's pre-season tour in Hong Kong, is expected to put an already under fire Kean under further pressure.

Kean travels to India tonight for talks with owners Venky's tomorrow, already under massive pressure - with a petition signed by more than 4000 fans for his dismissal.

The clip also apparently shows Kean talking about playing a leading role in Phil Jones' development and promising fans Rovers would finish in the top 10 and win the Carling Cup.
