ON Thursday, Lynne Sparkes begins a new venture with the first session of the Pickersleigh Bear from 9.30am to 11am.
This is a toddler group for children from the local community along with their mums and/or dads.
Thursday is also Ascension Day, and there will be a celebration of Holy Communion in the evening at 7.30pm.
Then Friday, May 10, sees our next jumble sale. Doors open at 6pm.
And a busy week ends with our monthly family service on May 12.
