Detailed plans for Elsey Croft housing estate in Skipton recommended for approval

Detailed plans for the 103- house Elsey Croft development on the outskirts of Skipton are recommended for approval next week.

Outline plans by Skipton Properties for the greenfield site with a new access off Moorview Way were approved on appeal in January last year.

The detailed plans for the site are recommended for approval when Craven District Council’s planning committee meets at Belle Vue Square on Tuesday.
