the only reason its only been nine times is you have been dredging the lower leagues once nearly fell out the football league surviving on the last day by the skin of your teeth, since then we have won the prem lge cup and promoted twice, built a better stadium no wooden seats, yes we are in decline however i dont think its as bad as yours come jan no austin and a sudden fall from grace oh and the money you get will line the pockets of the likes of kilby and the other clowns you call chairmen, your time may well be on sunday as we are in **** form however if you dont win it could well be a very long time before you get another chance.

And defensively we are terrible - no closing down, no tracking runners, no marking from set pieces - time for the coaches Black and Hendry to be moved on and others to be brought in.

Dingles are smelling blood and who can blame them, we have a tanlentless, gutless group of over-paid has beens (take a bow, Danny Murphy) or massively over-rated never beens (Like St Ruben) led by a manager who dosent seem able to pick our best starting 11 nor get his tactics right.

He needs to sort it our QUICK or I fear Venkys won't show him the same leniency and patience they showed his predecessor.

Well, we have to assume HB is - As far as I know there is no evidance to show that he isnt - although I doubt SS is picking the team as SV was a Venkys purchase (one of the few that wasnt a SK-JA purchase - thats why SK never picked him so I would presume that if SS was picking the team then SV would get a start as he is THEIR purchase).

The worrying thing about HB is that he has made some incorrect team selections and tactics - fair enough, it happens when you don't know your players very well.

However, so far he keeps making the same mistakes - over and over and that is NOT the sign of someone who is going to make it as a top manager.

Top managers all make mistakes but the learn QUICKLY and don't keep repeating those mistakes.

Couldn't agree more, a total lack of confidence, nothing at all in midfield apart from sideways and back-passes until the subs were made, too late IMHO, but then we started to look a little better and with a bit of luck could have stolen a point we didn't deserve.

Midfield is a shambles, we cannot afford to play Murphy and Etuhu falling over each other in the same area much better when Jason Lowe came on, at least there was some bite then.

Pedersen whipped in some decent crosses after he came on and although I don't like Kazim Richards, only because I don't think he is a team player, I think he should start against the crud on Sunday, he will scare the **** out of them.

Sadly it's going to be like this until the transfer window opens and Henning can move some of Keans miss-matches on and bring his own players in.

After that we can start to judge him, to do it before is totally unfair on the guy.

NOT blaming the players. Murphy was again a liability but other than that, reasonably satisfied by everybody else.

Don't want a training coach or a second team coach or a TV pundit, just a regular experienced manager. Its not that difficult to rectify.

After a very poor performance against Millwall when we were well beaten at home against a team playing 2 strikers away from home, I was amazed that Berg started with almost the same line up against Bolton– the only exception being King for Olsson. He retained the same defence that has not kept a clean sheet since he arrived, he kept the same central midfield partnership that has not worked in 19 games, and again started with Rhodes isolated on his own up front. His substitutes Lowe, Pederson and Kazim-Richards did improve the team late on but they should have been introduced much earlier as it was abundantly clear early in the 1st half that things were not working. Rochina had a very poor game (but he was not on his own) and I do not understand why we are persisting with Formica on the right. Not for the first time this season we did not look as fit as the opposition and this can probably be traced back to the club dispensing with the services of our fitness coach last season. Bolton’s appetite to work hard and press the ball high up the park was in direct contrast to our slow play. I simply do not believe that Murphy and Etuhu have the energy to chase the ball down anymore. We need players who are prepared to battle for the club. At the moment I feel apprehensive about Sunday and have doubts whether Berg can motivate or select the right team for the derby game. It is now just 5 points from a possible 18 which is more like relegation form. I never understood what in Berg’s management record persuaded the Board to appoint him as manager when clearly his fellow Norwegian OGS had a much better CV. By the way, Molde have just retained the Norwegian League title. In closing I would like to ask the club a couple of questions. 1) Where were the 7 Portuguese players we signed in the summer last night? 2) And who at the club was responsible for signing them all?

The most sensible and realistic post on here tonight. The paralysis that besieges BRFC is there for all to see. Make no chuffing mistake the odious one's vision was mickey fooking mouse and before us we have the players(with all respect to them) who are not up the job of the Championship rough and tumble ? Couldn't agree more, a total lack of confidence, nothing at all in midfield apart from sideways and back-passes until the subs were made, too late IMHO, but then we started to look a little better and with a bit of luck could have stolen a point we didn't deserve. Midfield is a shambles, we cannot afford to play Murphy and Etuhu falling over each other in the same area much better when Jason Lowe came on, at least there was some bite then. Pedersen whipped in some decent crosses after he came on and although I don't like Kazim Richards, only because I don't think he is a team player, I think he should start against the crud on Sunday, he will scare the **** out of them. Sadly it's going to be like this until the transfer window opens and Henning can move some of Keans miss-matches on and bring his own players in. After that we can start to judge him, to do it before is totally unfair on the guy.

Nic, Do you honestly believe that Venkys (knowing their record ) will make funds available in January ?....I don't.

Of course "Venky's" will David...you already know that. A few losses here and there are great for getting more players in (and making commission from them). So what's the deal?? Are you lot gonna get your act together next week to keep the fans sweet, then another couple of draws/losses after that??

Maybe a bit less hatred in the infamous game against Bolton last winter would have saved us. It's all ifs and buts now.
