Fair comment and all banter aside I can see why you all must be aggrieved - mainly with the lack of info coming from anyone inside the club. personally speaking though I have watched Burnley in all four divisions and seen some terrible seasons, but the one constant in all the turmoil was the supporters (Although obviously the number fluctuated). I can't conceive a situation where I wouldn't renew my season ticket, unless it was financially motivated.
I have watched Rovers in all leagues too - over 30 years - but believe me, the reason you cant imagine ever being in a situation where you wouldnt buy a season ticket is because it is is such an unusual situation. Me and my family havent taken the decision lightly but by the time the whistle went in that last game, we had reached the point when we couldnt tolerate anymore of what is in essence a massive Sting job. It may be our club, but it doesnt feel like it any more and we are not going to carry on being taken for mugs by something that we are convinced is illegal or corrupt. It is completely frustrating feeling that you can do nothing about it, listening week after week to that bald headed imbecile contradicting himself, telling lies, talking complete clap trap and wondering why he hasnt been sacked. The whole circus is a disgrace. Its nothing to do with relegation. Being relegated fair and sqaure is part of the game, but our club was relegated due to incompetent ownership and management likely with a hidden agenda, not because we didnt have a good enough set of players (before they started getting shut of them all). You are criticising us but whatever we have tried, protest marches, protests outside the ground, inside the ground etc we have been criticised. This is our only way of telling them that we wont put up with any more, we wont subscribe to their shabby plan and we wont support a set of liars. Going along like a bunch of morons, sitting clapping like a bunch of sealions and totally disregarding the dirty dealings wouldnt be supporting our club, it would be further damaging it. Supporting our club is trying to win it back, get the useless muppets out, making a stand, sticking together and being of the same mind. Empty seats arent going to put off another buyer. Its well documented why those seats are empty. The primary concern is to get these shysters out. It's easy for you not to understand, most fans of other clubs see totally why we feel as we do but you are never going to show any support being our local rivals. Just remember though, it could happen at your club. I wont be going to the game with Burnley or any other game.
'Being relegated fair and sqaure is part of the game, but our club was relegated due to incompetent ownership and management..' Yeah yeah yeah, its always different for the bstrds innit?...how else do clubs find themselves going from top to bottom you cck. Your case is no different to many a club gone previously. Your biggest problem now is not a footballing one. Your problem is that the infrastructure of the club is being dismantled. Football wise you could quickly recover if managed and financed correctly, but putting the infrastructure of a club back together again in the ruins of what remains is another task entirely. This would have to be done first if the football is to recover. There's a bloke with recent experience of such a task who may be able to give you a few tips, his name is Barry Kilby. Burnley FC...just pleased its not us this time. Howe the lads
Merlin Rabbit is a great example of how many Rovers fans feel. The decline of our club is a result of being controlled by people who are more motivated by lining their own pockets than the success of the club.

No Mark Nay Never is a great example of someone who doesn't understand that this is a very different scenario to his club where they are at least trying to succeed but just are not good enough.
'a great example of someone who doesn't understand that this is a very different scenario to his club' - a bstrd.

Some clubs over load themselves with debt and come unstuck. Some mis-manage the books and come unstuck. Some make a poor choice of manager and blindly back them until the money is gone then come unstuck. Some bid to cash in on their most valued players and develop the ones further down.
Poor ownership is poor ownership and you are no different to other clubs who have been failed by poor owners. I know it feels unique to you but sadly you're not the first and doubtless the last.
Glasgow Rangers look like having to reform and start all over again from the bottom. I'd say their fans have it worse than you.
Its no good bleating on to everybody about your terrible demise, its just a sad fact of footballing life these days that clubs occaisionally do a wobble for whatever reason and sink. People are hardened to it now so you'll just have to wait for it to finish then look to rebuild what is left i.e. Burnley, Leeds, Portsmouth, Rangers, etc.
By then venky's may have decided to change the club colours to red and do away with the club badge in favour of a new one, but i suppose you'll bleat on that this can only happen to you lot.

Last night i heard a Claret singing a song,
    oooowee chirpa chirpa cheap cheap.
Woke up this morning and the bstrds had gone,
    oooowee chirpa chirpa cheap cheap.

    Where the venkys from,
    (where the venky's from)
    far, far away
    far, far away!

    Burnley FC...a Great British tradition.

One '0 clock in the morning and still going on about Blackburn Rovers.
    .
A very sad, obsessed, full of hate, bitter and twisted person.
It may be one in the morning where you are silly bstrd.
Talk about sad and obsessed, trying to respond to a Claret post at 7 in the morning without actually being able to form any sort of response as usual...silly bstrd.

    Howe the lads
One o'clock in the morning when YOU posted silly Bstard. But being a dingle you obviously didn't UNDERSTAND.
It may be one o'clock in the morning in England when my post was published. But being a silly bstrd you obviously didn't UNDERSTAND.

harwoodstblue yet again displaying that there are many a retard which make up the bstrd fan base...its little wonder why one of the few things that are actually clean in blackburn are the windows.
