ACCRINGTON Stanley boss John Coleman is set to bring in two new faces on Sunday in time to be involved against Hartlepool on Bank Holiday Monday.

And the Reds boss admits it could be a busy month at the Wham Stadium as he seeks to find a winning formula following a run of just one league win in 15 which has seen Stanley slide into a relegation battle.

While Coleman was remaining tight-lipped over the identity of any prospective new signings he did confirm that deals are in place to sign two players once the transfer window re-opens on Sunday.

"We have agreed with two players and there will be possibly more," said Coleman whose side travel to Crewe Alexandra tomorrow.

The Reds boss has spoken with club owner Andy Holt to establish a working budget for the window and admitted that players could also be on their way out of the Wham Stadium.

"I think there will be players leaving," he added. "We have had the discussions and we know exactly where we are.

"There are a few housekeeping issues that we have to address."

With Football League clubs unable to sign loan players outside of the official transfer windows, Coleman has just one month to finalise his squad for the rest of the season.

The Reds currently have three players on loan at the club although one - Callam Jones - has already returned to parent club West Bromwich Albion.

Coleman will have decisions to make over Blackburn Rovers wide man John O'Sullivan and Bristol City full back Zak Vyner, whose temporary deals both expire after Monday's trip to Hartlepool, while a number of other fringe players could be allowed to leave.

The likes of Bastien Hery, Steven Hewitt, Arron Davies and Chris Eagles have all struggled to force their way into Coleman's plans this season with the quartet having started just nine league games between them.

A striker will be among Coleman's top priorities with the Reds having managed just 20 goals in 22 league games - the lowest in League Two - while Stanley have scored just once in their last seven matches.
