ACCRINGTON Stanley have revealed season ticket prices for the 2016-17 season with fans able to watch the Reds for less than £9 a game - even if John Coleman's squad earn promotion.

The Reds are currently sixth in the League Two table and promotion could see sides like Coventry City, Sheffield United and Wigan Athletic visit the Wham Stadium next season.

Early bird ticket prices cost £199 for adults and are available from February 15 until April 30. The deal works out at just £8.65 per game.

Prices for over 65s and under-16s are just £159 while under 12s can get a free season ticket with an adult purchase.

Stanley also launched an Accrington Stanley Loyalty Membership Card which costs £20 and entitles fans to reduced matchday prices of £15 for adults and £10 for over 65s, students and under 16s.

Under 12 members will receive free entry with a paying adult.

Stanley managing director David Burgess said: “At under £9 a game for an adult season ticket holder to watch what we hope will be League One football next season, it’s a chance not to miss.

“The football this season has been entertaining – with the Reds scoring at home in every home league game – so you are guaranteed goals!

“We are excited about our Accrington Stanley Loyalty Membership Card and hope it’s a big success.

“As well as match-day discounts, there will be reduced prices on official merchandise and other benefits to becoming a member.”

Matchday tickets for next season will cost £20 for adults, £15 for over 65s, students and under-16s and £10 for an under-12s accompanied by an adult.

Season ticket and loyalty membership forms will be available from Monday, February 15, from the Stanley Store, supporters club shop in Accrington market and online.

Once the early bird deadline has closed season tickets will go back on sale from May 1-August 31 priced at £264.50 for adults and £207 for over 65s, students and under-16s.
