ACCRINGTON Stanley’s youth side will be out to slay Crystal Palace when they take on the role of giantkillers next month.
The Reds Under-18s defeated Fleetwood 2-1 at a wet and windy Wham Stadium on Tuesday night to book a date with the Premier League side in the third round of the FA Youth Cup.

That tie is set to take place on Saturday, December 19, although is subject to change.
Nathan Webb struck twice for the Reds in their midweek win after they had fallen behind. The win avenged Stanley’s defeat to the Cod Army in round one of last season’s competition.
