How safe is the future of our well respected and at one time very closely envied (by most prem teams) Brockhall Academy? Does the influx of young foreign players this summer herald a change in Rovers youth policy? Could this be a prelude to the winding-up of the center and the end of the excellent stream of talent that the Academy has provided many of whom have gone on to star in the first team and represent their home countries at International level? Hope not but what do you hear/think Andy?.

Is there a trades description act case to be heard regarding Mr Kean being a 'manager', if so and he is not actually managing anything then what do you think he is actually doing. Maybe I should discuss this with human resources

SS said that SK would be sacked if we lost 3 games at any point of the season or if we don't reach 16 points from the first 7 games.

If either of these things were to happen do you (AC) believe SS will honour his promise and sack Kean or will SK remain at the club, no matter what ?

And, if this were the case, what does that do to SS credability ?

12:44am Fri 14 Sep 12

Given Kean's disastrous reign as manager. Do you, during your meetings with Kean, ever ask,or get the impression that, here is a manager who has alienated the fans, produced a shocking brand of football, and a managerial record that can only be described as a complete failure, does he ever acknowledge his failures? Has he ever considered resigning? Does he believe that he is unsackable? Has he at any time admitted responsibility for his part in the downfall of this great club? If these questions have not been put to Kean, why not?

Was in Scotland on holiday recently ,speaking to some local folk ,they cannot understand why any football club with any decency would employ Hendry when the undenied revelations all came out how he swindled that old couple out of their pensions savings , they say he is now despiced in Scotland, I suppose he was self proclaimed braveheart an icon and when he was found out to be a dishonest person ,a of person of very low character he lost all support in Scotland.

this may have been asked of you before - as an apparent senior member of the management team - and staggeringly one of the longest serving following the departure of some highly respected individuals - have you asked Mr Kean what responsibility he accepts for the failures he has presided over and influenced - relegation, appallingly bad transfer decisions, season ticket renewals, low crowds, reputational issues, relationships with supporters, treatment of players - in any other business this man would have had to accept responsibility and would have been sacked - or if he had any dignity whatsoever he would have resigned.

Have you asked him - or will you ask him - and continue to ask him until he is forced into providing a public reply. He simply cannot ignore the near 100% view of supporters that he is simply not wanted irrespective of his ability as a coach or whatever - he will never have the respect of ordinary, decent people - the people who have supported the Rovers generation after generation.

Why does Steve Kean get to set his own targets at Blackburn Rovers. For example this year his claimed target is promotion, last season his stated target was a top half finish. Will he be held to account for these targets and does he still expect to achieve Champions League qualification for 2014/15?
