AFC Darwen are fourth in the North West Counties First Division after claiming their third win in four games this season.
Tim Drugan gave the Salmoners the lead against West Didsbury and Chorlton in the 15th minute.
Anthony Hodges sealed the win with the second goal 10 minutes after half time.
Darwen are back in action at Oldham Boro tonight.
