Singh confirms boss Steve Kean's position is safe

BLACKBURN Rovers' new global advisor Shebby Singh has confirmed Steve Kean will continue as manager next season and that he will have funds available.

Singh, who will advise owners Venky's from Ewood and help with transfers, also said the club were closing in on a signing.

He said: ""Everyone starts with a clean slate "At this moment it is going to be difficult for the fans to think nothing has changed but we would like to re-group and try to take this team forward.

"I would say we have already discussed terms with a very, very important player, in terms of the characteristics that he can bring.

"We are also in talks with a couple of other players, in terms of striking positions.

"As far as I am concerned and as far as I know funds will available to buy the right sort of characteristics that this team needs."

Venkys and their puppet shabby singh are sticking two fingers up to the fans ,dont buy into the rubbish about advanced talks with a very very important player or a couple of strikers its all a smokescreen to get you to buy season tickets. The strikers mr Shabby should be looking at are the ones staying away from Ewood and will continue to stay away untill Kean is removed.

Cryer - if you do speak to Singh please can you ask him when Kean got Fulham promoted to the premiership as he states in the interview?
History tells us that Tigana was manager not Kean - he was probably the tea boy. But as we all know he likes to take credit for everything and responsibility for nothing.
After this news ST prices will need to be reduced when the early bird offer ends.

Message to Glen Mlulan
I think you are not being honest with the fans and could do a great deal of damage to the club. Whilst I fully accept that if there has been any wrong doing it should be investigated I feel you should also allow the fans to know the possibility of what action could be taken against BRFC which could affect their league status.
Given the fact the your meetings with MP`s and The FA have been reported in the press you cannot be naive enough to think that the owners are not aware of you making a complaint. They will also be fully aware of the punishments that either the FA or legal system may impose.
One of the many issues with BRFC fans have with the current owners are lack of communication and honesty with regard to the events at Ewood, this leads to the rise of conspiracy theories.
I feel that you are guilty of the same.
There are a lot of fans that cant or wont be able to attend your meeting, fans who do attend may or may not feel to intimidated to raise points.

I feel that you are deliberately failing to communicate to the fans of BRFC the consequences of the actions you are pursuing and that it would affect whoever owns the club.
A precedence for the offence of wrong doing would be the punishment given to Swindon Town.

Regardless of who owns the club relegation double relegation or points loss would not be beneficial to BRFC

Does Steve Kean have any self respect? Who in their right mind would stay in a job that they obviously can't do to a good level so much so that they had the opposite affect on the team. Also on top of the relegation (where in my eyes he should have quite before it go to that point) he is hated by a large section of the fans, and also from the sounds of things by alot of the staff. Then a video gets leaked of him slated the previous manager so thats probably added a further set of managers to the 'i hate Steve Kean' fan club. Why would he not just step down? Surely even he can see that by selling the stronger players whilst in the prem and now Blackburn will lose the rest of the squad through relegation that no matter how much talk there is of new players they wont get any players good enough. Who would want to play for a club that looks so unstable? I know I wouldn't choose to if I was a player.
This is a silly situation that again the Venky's have brought upon themselves and now they've employed a new face to point the finger at and take the blame away from themselves!

Abject failure ?

Are they seriously informing us that everything will be alright in the end with this odious little cretin at the helm ?

From the outset of the takeover these despicable people, with rhetoric of the highest order, have shown an utter disrespect that is deplorable.

In short; archaic visionary speculation. Totally unrealistic and idealistic. They have treated us as utter fools along with besmirching the legacy of BRFC and, the late J. Walker.

The vision and reshaping of BRFC under these preposterous owners are nothing I wish to be part of, and particularly that the 'Odious One' is safe.

Those sort of statements emitting from Ewood, are as stated above, totally unrealistic and idealistic.

When the fixtures were published on monday I must admit that the resolve not to renew my season ticket whilst Kean is still at the club did waver, I thought "what the hell" why should I let this shower keep me away from a club I have supported for 55 years?
This article; this comtemptable decision to appoint yet another inexperienced no-mark to run the club, another yes man, told to support "IDIOT KEAN" by the Venkys, has saved me money.

It`s only a small protest in the grand scheme of things but it means the 2 season tickets at £395 each (£790), parking £100, extra tickets for when both of my sons visit home and want to go to the game approx £200. match day refreshments approx £350, merchandise from the club shop approx £200 last season; I`m sure it won`t cause the Venkys many sleepless nights, but it also means I will not be exposed to any sponsors promotions etc, at home games which does affect the commercial credability of the club.

I have always gone to our away games, and I really enjoyed our last 2 seasons in the championship, genuine fans, real atmosphere and a genuine competition so not all bad news for next season then.

On 4 August 2009, Blackburn Rovers manager Sam Allardyce appointed Kean as his new first team coach. Kean replaced Karl Robinson who returned to Milton Keynes Dons. Allardyce commented that he had received numerous applications for the first team coaching position and Kean "stood out above the rest through his personality, experience and knowledge of football at the highest level".
12 months later Venky's buy Rovers, suspicious or what?

Again, all banter aside, I am stunned that Venkys feel that Kean should keep his job - at what point does his position become untenable?

The Championship is an extremely tough league to get promoted from - last season the three clubs relegated from the PL finished in the play-offs, but that was because they ALL managed to keep the vast majority of their best players, something that Rovers won't be able to do.

Has Kean been tasked with an immediate return to the PL?

The problem is even without the people claiming to boycott the club, sponsors weren't found last season and Season Tickets have only just been placed back on sale.

Without doubt with fans or without fans we will lose more players to balance the books, after losing Premier League guaranteed revenue. It is a good time to be a Burnley fan though I imagine.

A precedence for the offence of wrong doing would be the punishment given to Swindon Town. Regardless of who owns the club relegation double relegation or points loss would not be beneficial to BRFC Glen tell the truth."

No one can predict the future , Venkys may be able to sell in the near future. BRFC would look silly if we got new owners and where then hit with a double relegation. If you read I am not against him taking action I feel he should do if he thats the way he feels. If the FA investigate wrong doing they have to be fair, the venkys will turn up with teams of corporate briefs, The FA could find other things which Glen doesn't know about. In any investigation anything could happen, You only need to see the events between the cockney wide boy and the taxman.
The FA will have a range of punishments . all I am asking is for Glen mullan to be Honest with the fans and tell them all the possible outcomes of his actions both positive and negative

Given the fact the your meetings with MP`s and The FA have been reported in the press you cannot be naive enough to think that the owners are not aware of you making a complaint. They will also be fully aware of the punishments that either the FA or legal system may impose.

Loss of 10 000 fans tickets @ £200 each £2,000,000

loss on income for pie sales £ 325,000

Sale of Yak 2m

there books balanced.

Maybe we will get the same amount of Premier League TV money next season, commercial sales and sponsorship?

First, Swindon dropped one division not two.

Second, stop giving Glen crap you complete and utter goon. The truth is you seem a nudge away from care in the community, so it's probably best you don't follow footy for a while, lest your head spins clean off.

What are you even suggesting instead? All the fans keep quiet; all of whistling or saying "nothing to see here" if anyone asks?

We need to find out what's going on. The fans have been saying something is very wrong for a while but the FA haven't been listening. If the fans are then punished with double relegation by the FA, because the FA themselves did nothing in the first place, then there would be a rightful scandal.

Swindon was a completely different story to us, from another era effectively too. Anyone comparing Swindon to us is making assumptions so big that it makes it unrealistic.

No-one will feel intimidated at any supporters meeting either, it's incredibly friendly, so don't pretend it's something it's not.

However improbable, your actions now, with the right set of circumstances, could feasibly see us relegated. You are the one talking about a points deduction. Maybe someone from the FA will read what you have put and do just that.

Please stop posting what you are therefore. You could get Rovers relegated.

Glen tell the truth
You seem to be blanket posting, so I'll give you the same response:

Mr Singh, get real have a look at this clowns CV and them follow up the references that he hasn’t written himself. The man is taking you for a ride and a second relegation. Well said. If the club gets punished by way of points deduction, or relegation, it won't be Glen's, or any of the protesters faults. It will be the VERMIN in India's fault! They own the club, they are ultimately responsible for any wrong doing that is uncovered.
No problem with that if the club are punished it will not be Glens fault or the protesters. It will be down to the owners.

Why does he have to state the obvious? We are not as thick as Dingles. We don't need the consequences spelling out. We are quite capable of working it out for ourselves. For goodness sake change the record, you're sending us crazy.

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Shebby Singh to the club. what a superb appointment. This has certainly got clarets fans quaking in their designer footwear.

A mate of mine who is "in the know" down at Dumpburn has reliably informed me that shebby was right at the top of Venkys most wanted list.

Pep Guardiola was said to be favourite for the job but ounce Venkys had interviewed Pep then Shebby their was only one man for the job.

Just a word of caution Shebby, on your arrival at the fleapit you will be greeted by approx twenty tramps carrying steve Kean out banners. just ignore these "mentally challenged nerds" as they have been camped there for the last three years. they are all unemployed with nothing better to do.

welcome to the 'nuthouse' shebby.

Glen should be telling fans there maybe a downside to what WE are doing? With all due respect you are talking as though Glen has been told something by the authorities in question, which only he is aware of and he is hiding from everyone else and this is most certainly not the case.

Secondly, the BRFC Action Group has a committee who collectively make decisions and act on them, so to aim the criticism at one person is wrong anyway.

Just up the road from Ewood is AFC Darwen a club with a ground but very little money or support. We should adopt this club as our own with our support, money and good management the club could grow into what AFC Wimbledon have now, a league club.
If Venkys and Kean want BRFC then they have it and their is nothing we can do about so lets move on they will never take away our memories.

You can ask for a refund. Just write or ring. You can state reasons if you want. A good one is that Steve Kean gave assurances that there was no chance of relegation and in giving false assurances he mislead you. Either way, they are obliged to refund before you start using it. My mate got a refund. To the Burnley fan who thinks that boycotting is counterproductive, mate you have underestimated the situation beyond belief. You are applying normal reasoning. This situation is not normal. Players will be sold, costs will be cut and Venkys will continue their criminal strategy whether we buy tickets or not. We have to have some pride and make a stand. When are these clowns going to realise that a football club is not about the owners the manager or anybody else for that matter, a football club is about the supporters, people who live eat and sleep their football club its not a business, its more than that its the heart and soul of a community, fathers take their sons to watch their team on a Saturday afternoon and so it goes on, Ive been a Rovers fan for 60 years, but due to ill health I can't get to matches any more but what these clowns are doing to my club is bordering on criminal, my father who took me to Ewood when I was 5 years old and sadly he's no longer with us, but he will be spinning in his grave at the debacle we are witnessing, when will it end. Every time I read these pages and see just what is happening at my football club I have this sick feeling in my stomach, I only hope that before I leave this earth Kean Anderson Venky's and all the other hangers on are long gone and dumped in the rubbish bin somewhere which is more to their needs than Ewood

The destruction and attempts to destroy the community around this football club have gone on too long. A demotion of leagues would be more than a price worth paying for the club to be back in the hands of the town.

the money from ST not purchased could be used to bring in talent to a local club which could one day move into Ewood park, when these clowns leave and the club goes into administration.

Was anyone really expecting Kean to be fired? I treat this confirmation with the same "sigh" as evey other story that has eminated from Venky's Fotball Club. Another miserable endictment that Blackburn no longer has a club. This collection of abhorrent, ornery creatures don't surprise me in the slightest these days, every decision that is taken is to the detriment of what was once our club. Abject failure is obviously rewarded and celebrated by the Raos and their minions. They have beaten me in to submission, I can't even get angry anymore. Never in a million years would I have though my love for the Rovers would become a mere passive whimper.

Bombay Duck Club says...
7:43pm Wed 20 Jun 12

The great thing about the Venky's is that they don't disappoint (providing, like the Duck Club, you are always expecting the worst from them). There really is no field of human endeavour (Burnley fans are already lost now) where the Venky's are not capable of lowering the bar even further. And the pace at which they plunge to yet lower depths of failure is actually accelerating! In the space of a week we have had the loss of the club secretary (lucky man), the loss of the enhancement (Burnley fans confused again) of the Premier league TV money, the joining of this Shabby Singh character - man of the match against Shrewsbury Town, the confirmation of support for Kean after the end of the owners "confusion free month", and the promise of signing a very valuable player! No doubt that will turn out to be Venky's insisting on recruiting Stanley Matthews. It really is breathtaking. Apparently, when the Venky's board were considering Kean's future old Ma Venky asked what the local people thought of him and Venky Venky said that he though he was very popular because the crowd shouted his name a lot. He couldn't quite make it out, but he thought they were were calling him an "old fakir" and very clearly he was a hit with the people from Burnley.
The only way to approach this is to realise that the unfortunate truth is that Blackburn are going straight down again to league one and will be lucky to escape bankruptcy. Write it off and don't buy any season tickets or home match tickets and enjoy a laugh at Venky's expense as they make public fools of themselves. If you see Kean when you happen to be out in the car you might run him over, but I wouldn't recommend it personally.
No points from the Ipswich opening game, valuable player osigning or not.
PS: I have been watching with interest the Rovers valuable "want away star" Olsen strutting his stuff in front of potential Premiership/Champion
s League bidders for his services. Let me start the bidding - 75pence drawn on the Bank of Greece. He is bloody useless with a footballers inflated opinion of himself. BRFC supporters, don't fret, Olsen will still be with the club next season, but he doesn't have what it takes to survive in the Championship.

A protest rally in Witton Park needs to be arranged as soon as possible and as many people ,whether they go the games usually or not, can turn up to protest against the retention of Steve Kean!!!!!!!!

You've given some of the possible punishments the league and FA can impose. It would all depend on what they were punishing.

I dare say they could kick us out of the league completely or just fine us a few grand and say carry on. You can't expect Glen Mullen, or anyone else for that matter, to draw up a long list of possible punishments related to each and every scenario.

In any case, the objective is to show, one way or t'other whether anything untoward has gone on and hopefully get rid of the owners in the process.

Lol - all good stuff. I'm guessing it couldn't get better for you.

Shebby Singh and especially the Venkys; if on the slim chance you are reading this, then a good gauge of how bad an announcement you make is, is how chuffed the Burnley fans are about it. This fella here is creaming his crackers over this one.

Are you stupid or do you just not care? Are you annoyed at us, or do you just view us as your underlings; a lower caste if you will, and so we should just be grateful of anything, regardless?

I moved from Darwen to Nottingham when I was 8 years old and was proud to be a BRFC fan for the 25 years that followed.

I'm no longer proud, I'm embarrassed. I have been and will continue to be the joke of the office - not for what's happening on the pitch (although that's bad enough) but what's happening off it.

Fans of other clubs think it's the relegation that we are all moaning about but that's part and parcel of football and it's happened to us before.

We've been taken down and 100% it will happen again next season.

I can't call myself a fan anymore as THERE IS NOTHING OF BRFC LEFT. This Shebby Singh just finishes it all off for me - words fail me.

I urge those that are local to follow Accy Stanley or AFC Darwen - be proud of where you are from - don't support this regime because that is all that is left now - these charlatans.

Sad sad times. I will always have one eye on the results but this is not our club anymore.

Thanks a bunch Venky's, Kean and Anderson - I hope you all suffer a very painful long death at some point very soon. B*stards!!!!!!!

Well, I predicted they would make an annoucement mid Euro....no big surprise really knowing the underminded manner the whole Venky, Kean, Anderson & Co have performed to from the very beginning.
Mr Singh....sorry, but you don,nt even talk in proper football terms and with no track record of success at this level (a perfect partner for conman Kean indeed), and from what we have had come out of the Venky,s to date, I have no hope of anything positive coming from you.
It,s the same old talk going back 20 months or more....what will "character" from some "has been" do to a watered down squad of youth players and desperodos in need of a contract because they are not wanted anywhere else...this includes desperate Dunn of course.
Singh,s comment re funds mean sod-all....a kind of comment conman Kean would make....sounds possible, but no accountability whatsoever.
They sure have put the finger up to the supporter and I think everyone should return the compliment with interest (ie; two fingers).
A TOTAL DISGRACE THE WHOLE CONTINUING SAGA.

Am I missing something obvious but didn't Steve Kean start with a clean slate 18 months ago? Even when he shamelessly jumped into big Sam's bed when it was still warm. He was effectively hiding in the wardrobe there. We didn't turn against him then. Like Shebby, our new Director of football says, it was only fair he got a clean slate, and that's what he got.

That slate has become grimy and sullied though in the time he's been in charge. It's completely uncleanable. Mr Muscle ain't getting the slime off that slate now I'm afraid.

What next then Shebby? What if the fans are still angry, even after all the best made plans like announcing after an England win, and naming possible signings like Murphy before hand? What if the fans are still livid, and stay away in droves come the start of the season?

Is there a plan B Shebby, or is Steve Kean just definitely manager till the end of the season come what may?

You may as well tell us now, just so we know.

Got a strange phone call today.

Some bloke called Shabby Chic on a really bad line. Said he had been hitting numbers on his phone at random and I was the first person not to hang up on him.

He went on to say the random phone numbers policy was his creation to find someone with "characteristics" and that "characteristics" were more important than actual playing ability.

He then asked if I wanted to be a striker for "Blueburn Ravers" and that he would pay me £100,000 a week. I asked him how much Miles Anderson was on and he said £102,000 so I told him to get stuffed.

It's really not that straight forward. There has to be a proper quasi judicial investigation with due process. This would determine whether there is a case to answer to the FA, or even criminal issues that have to be referred to the police. Sanctions could be against the club - football league suspension, relegation, points deducted transfer bans, or against individuals. This limits the comments that can be made publically at the present time - or perhaps the Telegraph journalists could do a proper piece of journalism and set out the potential courses of action and potential sanctions?

If action is being taken against any football club it could put off a potential buyer. The FA could find something completely different.

That's what I can't understand. Save your money and sack the manager. There is no other single decision which makes more financial sense.

I really couldn't give a toss if they are negotiating with Rooney... Any player is only as good as those around him.... And all our best players have been sold, driven out or frozen out by the shower that now own BRFC and the monkey they appointed as manager... The few decent players that are left all want to leave... They couldn't give a **** about us as long as we shut up and pay up,well everyone ought to grow a pair and walk away from Ewood.Dont buy anything, dont go and if you have bought a ST get your money back.
If it sure as hell isn't illegal what they are doing to our club its got to be immoral. What more can they do to us.After lying for 18 months they just think they can carry on telling us anything.
Venkys want money, STOP GIVING IT THEM.
I think they are going to strip us bare and take us into administration dont help them by giving them your money

Hello again Mr Agnew - in the very vain hope that you actually monitor what the supporters are talking about I offer you this profound promise - now that your shabby representatives have confirmed Mr Kean will remain as manager.

I will will not pay one penny more to watch the club I have supported for over 40 years through thick and thin.

I have many memories of good and bad times, good and great players as well as bad ones, good and great managers and some really poor ones, having a seat in the new Jack Walker stand and standing on open terraces in pouring rain. I have seen my team relegated, promoted and win the Premiership.

As I say, I have stuck by my club through thick and thin but I no longer recognise my club - its owned and 'managed' (!) by people I do not want to acknowledge, it is 'administered' by people I no longer have any respect for and it has a team manager who I despise for how he is heading up a process that is destroying what remains of what was 'my club'.

I suspect that I will soon receive another offer to renew my season ticket. Dont bother!!!!

Yes I actually asked dunc if he would prefer to be playing in the Mersey derby(might have been killers famous Debut but I might be wrong on that) that was being played on the same day, he told me he would prefer to play 4 Rovers, i think he was telling porkies shortlly after that game i think we won 14 out of 15 and got promoted I think we won 300 games 1 - 0 that season,

No i dont think its going to happen and to me that is very very disappointing especially when it was glen who jumped in on my post. Glen is representing BRFC fans and I expect a straight and honest answer.

Givet82 Shebby Singh HAD seen through Kean. Read this article written by Shebby himself after the Wigan game. Our Shebby clearly states "Steve Kean is obviously not the man to lead Blackburn Rovers back to the Premiership." http://www.tnp.sg/co ntent/kean-must-go Now ask yourself, how can any person, with any integrity change their mind within 7 weeks? In the same article he claims Dunn and Pedersen are past their prime. Do they get a clean slate as well? The guy's a complete muppet.
Singh is fooling no one, been bought by venkys, suprized he hasn't a red dot on his head like his buddy kean, singh statment again is pathetic, players can leave because they have ambition to improve them selves, unlike venkys lack of ambition.Another by singh was on players they are interested in two maybe three players in PL he states they cant get a game because they are always on the bench, singh stated we told them they will always be playing for us if they sign? we had keans signings from last year most sat on the bench others not good enough to even be at BRFC and experienced PL players prevented from playing? The more he talks the more you see the venky snake charm at work and brain washing setting in.Nothing has changed same old same as.

The slate is not wiped clean, we are spiralling into the abyss due to incompetent management.

The good name and reputation of Blackburn Rovers has been tarnished for ever by a bunch of money grabbing amateurs, and nobody seems to be able to do anything about it.

You can not treat players like Michel Salgado like dirt and expect to attract decent players to the Club.

You can not treat your fans like this and expect them to take it and keep coming back for more.

You can not employ a Manager with no experience, credibility or integrity and expect to be successful.

It's not about the League we are in, it's not about the price of the tickets, it's about being lied to and treating the fans like mugs.

I fell in love with the Rovers when they fought back to win 5-2 against Plymouth Argyle and go top of the 3rd Division in the 74/75 season.
I will never forget that day, the pride, the passion, the fight, the players, the fans, the shirt .... the Rovers !!

This is no longer that Club.

No season ticket for me. I caved in a week before the season started last year against my better judgement, but it won't happen this year.

No home or away games for me until balloon head and the criminals are driven out.

RIP Blackburn Rovers.

I hope that the LT do not publish any photographs at all of either Steve Kean (in particular), all of the Venkys (including chickens) or Mr Singh as a reflection of the very low esteem that most of the people of Blackburn think of them. Last season seeing Steve Kean's odious photograph in the LT made things even less pleasant than they already were.

Glen tell the truth
You seem to be blanket posting, so I'll give you the same response:

Swindon were relegated two divisions which was later reduced to one division on appeal but only after their director was given 6 months in jail. So can you imagine mrs desai coming over to do a bit of bird to get our 2 division relegation reverted to one.
Looks like it would have to stand. And as Swindon got prosecuted for 36 counts, who's to say Rovers haven't made more already?
Scary stuff.

Well done Glen, at least you are trying. If wrong doings are uncovered, so be it. This club is no longer Blackburn rovers, so if it must be Div 1 or 2, the sooner we get rid of this bunch of halfwits the better. Better a sudden demise than a long drawn out decline, which is what we have now.

So that we all know, in what way is he not being honest.
I must have posted the reasons he is not being honest about 30 times I am struggling to help you . From above "I feel that you are deliberately failing to communicate to the fans of BRFC the consequences of the actions you are pursuing and that it would affect whoever owns the club. A precedence for the offence of wrong doing would be the punishment given to Swindon Town. Regardless of who owns the club relegation double relegation or points loss would not be beneficial to BRFC Glen tell the truth." No one can predict the future , Venkys may be able to sell in the near future.
If you wanna make an omelette, you gotta break some eggs.
I dont expect Glen to make a long list have never asked that. no one knows what the outcome will be, if you look back at the post Glen made I think his list contained 1 punishment The FA could force venkys to sell If action is being taken against any football club it could put off a potential buyer. The FA could find something completely different. I didnt start a discussion with Glen he jumped in on me and has since refused to confirm or deny that we could lose points or be relegated I am curious why he refuses to clear the matter up. It is unfair to jump in on my post and then go into hiding, I have had countless allegations about me having a go at Glen. I only came on hear to have a bit of fun with some of the conspiracy posters an wow Glen jumps in and has a go and I obviously hit a nerve now i am quite happy to go back into hibernation as this is prob 1 st time since an away game against stoke that I have posted when fans got on sams back (hence my user name) so just ask glen to acknowledge my point and I`m off

“I dont expect Glen to make a long list have never asked that. no one knows what the outcome will be, if you look back at the post Glen made I think his list contained 1 punishment. The FA could force Venkys to sell.”

You’ve asked for details of the punishment which could be imposed; sounds like a list - the length is subjective. And the one punishment he gave was the FA could force Venkys out? Punishment? That is what we are trying to do in case you hadn’t noticed and he confirmed that was a possible outcome - or to put it another way, the action we are taking may prove successful.

“If action is being taken against any football club it could put off a potential buyer. The FA could find something completely different“.

And if it is against the owners, it would encourage them.

“I didnt start a discussion with Glen he jumped in on me and has since refused to confirm or deny that we could lose points or be relegated”

Probably because he made the assumption everyone on here is over seven years old.

“I am curious why he refuses to clear the matter up”

There is no “matter“ to clear up.

“It is unfair to jump in on my post and then go into hiding, I have had countless allegations about me having a go at Glen“.

You don’t have to get involved in a long pointless discussion when you have better things to do - like wash the car.

When Fulham were promoted, Jean Tigana was the Manager, with Ray Lewington the first team coach. We will not be treated in thsi SHABBY way any longer. To enter Ewood at present is to offer support to these awful people. Even if you bought an ST you can still join the other 15,000 former ST's who have not bought one by getting a refund (or cancel your DD) or by simply not turning up until all fans agree to.
In fact you are saying hide the truth in order the club survive.
You are wrong, the people of Blackburn want a club run in the correct manner no matter what Division they play in.
Would you support a thief who stole off you in order to improve his/her families lifestyle ? Thats what your asking the fans to do.

The Venkys are not only harmful to Blackburn Rovers but also to the whole of the Asian community; the Venkys should hang their heads in shame and creep away into a dark corner somewhere in India. I am sure this is doing no good as far as other Asian businesses are concerned. The Venkys really aught to get their act together and either appoint professionals to run the club or sell up. I am sorry but Mr Singh has no experience at all which is why he has endorsed Kean. Mr Singh should also be replaced as well as Kean and others.

Hi Morst
TOTTALY agree, even Mr Shabby speaks with a forked tongue, Quote only last month, Kean is NOT the man to take us back to the PL,
Not a good start telling Porkys

A mass BOYCOTT would have an effect for a particular game, this along with boycotting season tickets will show the owners Kean MUST go as a minimum to satisfy the fans.
Come on Glenn rally the troops and get this organised.

I can't see this being Singh's decision unless he is being bribed into saying it. If he is a pundit then he theoretically should have had an objective view of what's been going on at the club since Venkys took over and surely can plainly see Kean is not in the least bit competent.

Hello Darener, maybe the penny has dropped with Mr Cryer, he realises that if kean has not been sacked after being at the helm during the worst performance by rovers in living memory then they are very unlikely to sack him and will probably just let his contract expire. This option would be cheaper. Venkys through and through, option cheap. Thats why they have appointed the shabby wedding singer, because he was cheap. Also, what well respected football expert would work under these brainwaves, So Andy has resigned himself to the fact Gollum is staying. So his thinking is, if there is a monkey flying the plane, at least its flying.

In fact you are saying hide the truth in order the club survive.
You are wrong, the people of Blackburn want a club run in the correct manner no matter what Division they play in.
Would you support a thief who stole off you in order to improve his/her families lifestyle ? Thats what your asking the fans to do.
Where do I say

"In fact you are saying hide the truth in order the club survive"

I didn't so why spout cr*p about me saying something I didn't pointless go back to watching Yogi Bear or whatever

have another try !!!!!

Well, I am shocked, what a surprise. Bet you all feel vindicated in spending your hard earned cash on season tickets eh?
.
Well you get what you pay for and under Venkys all you will get is heartache, boredom, stress, frustration and anger. But hey you were stupid enough to finance these idiots, enjoy!!
.
But answer me this, just what will it take to make people say enough is enough?
.
STOP FINANCING THESE CORRUPT, INEPT IDIOTS WHO ARE KILLING OUR CLUB!!

There needs to be a coordinated message from the fans. If Rover's first few home games are played out at an empty stadium the publicity generated for our cause and message that sent to the Venkys will be enormous. If only most stay away and a few thousand turn up then it just looks like the fair weather fans are sulking and it will have minimum impact. Everyone who cares about this club regardless of if they have bought a season ticket or not has to stay away at the start of the season. IMAGINE THE PUBLICITY IF KEAN LEADS OUT ROVERS INTO AN EMPTY STADIUM!!!

The Stadium should remain empty until Venkys do the decent thing and sell up, never mind for the first couple of games, freeze the numpties out, don't give them another penny.

At last some GOOD NEWS to come out of the club. With public backing Steve Kean can get on with the day run - managing Blackburn Rovers FC. This indecision has done nobody any good and you'll all see that this was for the best, regardless your opinion of the man personally. He does his best for the club. We should as well and that means showing Steve Kean a little bit of respect and supporting the team.
