BURNLEY defender Ben Mee could be out for the rest of the season after suffering a slight back fracture.
The defender, who has been playing at left back, came off in the 5-1 win over Portsmouth last weekend and did not feature against Birmingham City in midweek.
A scan today revealed the extent of the problem.
On his Twitter account, Mee wrote: “Scan today revealed I have a small fracture in my back, gutted.
“It's been nearly a week since I did it at Pompey so we reckon probably another three weeks.”
