Accrington Stanley boss Coleman signs up five men

ACCRINGTON Stanley have signed up five players as boss John Coleman continues to build for the new League Two season.

Former loan striker Michael Symes has agreed to move to the Crown Ground on a permanent basis following his release from Shrewsbury Town.

Midfield star Andy Procter has also ended speculation over his future by signing a two-year deal, while former youth team players Bobby Grant and Peter Murphy have also signed on.

Defender Leam Richardson has also signed a new one-year deal to keep him at the club.

The 29-year-old full back signed for Stanley at the start of our Nationwide Conference-winning campaign.

He has made 130 appearances for the club, though last year was restricted to 18 appearances due to injury.
