BURNLEY did the double over Crystal Palace last season and the game at Turf Moor was a thrilling encounter settled in the last minute.
Just like they had done in 2014/15 the Clarets raced into a 2-0 lead over the Eagles, with Sam Vokes and Johann Berg Gudmundsson on the scoresheet.
But Palace hit back, with Connor Wickham scoring on the hour mark just after coming on before Christian Benteke levelled the score from the spot with nine minutes left.
There was still time for more drama though as Burnley launched a thrilling counter attack which ended with Ashley Barnes firing home a dramatic winner.
