ROVERS have signed Liverpool left-back Sam Hart on a two-year deal.
The 20-year-old left-back arrives at Ewood Park for an undisclosed fee and becomes the club’s second signing of transfer deadline day, following West Bromwich Albion midfielder Rekeem Harper to East Lancashire.
Bolton-born, Hart came through Manchester United's Academy ranks before moving to Merseyside during the 2012-13 campaign at the age of 16.
He quickly progressed from Liverpool's Under-18s to become a regular for their development squad, and featured for the senior side in pre-season last year.
Hart was loaned to Port Vale, making 16 appearances in League One for the Valiants during a six-month stay.
