BRADLEY Dack says Rovers are under no illusions as to the challenge they face at Bradford City this afternoon (3pm).

Rovers travel to a Bradford side who haven’t been beaten in League One in front of their own fans since March 2016, and made the play-offs in each of the last two seasons.

The Bantams have six points from six so far this season, but Dack says Rovers must focus on themselves as they look to get their campaign underway.

“We have not made a great start to the season and we want to put things right,” said the 23-year-old.

“We know what our aim is for this season and there are still 44 games left and we start again against Bradford.

“We are under no illusions that it will be a tough game. They reached the play-off final last season and narrowly missed out on promotion, but I am sure we can go there and get a result.

“They have got some very good players, like a lot of teams have in this league, but so have we.”

And the summer signing is hoping to reward the travelling fans with three points.

“The fans have travelled in great numbers for our first two away games of the season, at Southend and Coventry, and when the supporters are loud and singing like they have been, it gives all the lads a big boost,” he told the club’s official website.

“I can imagine there will be a strong following once again and hopefully we can reward them with all three points.”
