BLACKBURN Rovers and Burnley will face each other in the Carabao Cup second round, while Accrington Stanley will host Premier League side West Brom.
Rovers and Burnley were paired together in tonight's draw, with the game to take place at Ewood Park on the week commencing August 21.
It will be the first meeting of the two sides in this competition, and Rovers say ticketing arrangements will be confirmed in due course.
Burnley were one of 13 Premier League clubs to enter the competition at the second round stage, and one the seeded sides in the northern section of the draw.
Rovers booked their place in the second round after a 3-1 win at Coventry City on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Stanley's reward for knocking out Lancashire rivals Preston North End is a home tie against West Brom. Billy Kee scored a last minute winner to put the League Two side through, and they will now welcome Tony Pulis' side to the Wham Stadium in round two.
