ROVERS have announced their first set of pre-season friendlies ahead of the 2017/18 season.
The first-team face Barrow on Friday, July 8 (3pm) where they will travel to the Furness Building Society Stadium to face the National League side who finished seventh last season.
Next up is a trip to League Two Morecambe on Friday, July 21 (7.30pm). The two sides also met at the Globe Arena last summer, playing out a 0-0 draw.
The final friendly sees Rovers face League Two side Grimsby Town at Blundell Park on Tuesday, July 25 (7.45pm). The Mariners finished their first season back in the Football League in 14th place.
Rovers played six friendlies last season, and the club announced further pre-season fixtures will be confirmed in due course.
