SAM Vokes and Scott Arfield both face a race against time to be fit for Burnley's Premier League clash with Manchester United on Sunday (2.15pm).
Striker Vokes is struggling with a hamstring problem while Arfield is battling a knee injury that kept him out of the squad at Everton last weekend.
"Sam Vokes came off with a minor hamstring, he will be touch and go," said Burnley boss Sean Dyche.
"Scott Arfield had a niggling knee injury, nothing too serious we don't think but he's had to have a little downtime. They have been on grass this week, not training with us, but it will be touch and go for those two."
Iceland winger Johann Berg Gudmundsson is back in contention though, with Dyche aiming to get him another development squad game as well.
"JBG, we're hoping to get another game, generally fit, properly fit, injury free, we're just hoping to lock in a 90 minutes, but he's fit enough to certainly be considered," the Clarets chief said.
